Seriously, I think BC has been looking for a graceful way to bow out and JB just gave him one. I wonder if G&C will try to find themselves another lawyer. I can't understand why they felt they needed one in the first place though. It's obvious they won't listen to anyone's advice, so why bother?

Good luck to them in finding one. Do you think any practicing attorney in the Orlando area will jump on that ship at this point? I mean they have pretty effectively dis-proven the old adage that "there is no such thing as bad publicity". So I can't see any more free attorneys coming out of the woodwork. At least not any that are above JB's caliber? Which is a shame. Because when this all shakes out, they are really really going to need one. Does anyone here think that CA will get through testifying at trial without perjuring herself without a firm and competent attorney riding herd on her? If the only one she has prepping her for her stay in the witness box is JB, she will end up in the cell next to KC, no question about it.

I am not even done watching this video yet, but kudos to Tim for telling it like it is. He is saying everything that we all wish we could say. Wonder if Cindy will have a "lawyerless" reply to this. LOL! Sorry, I had to get my own dig in!!! *smile* You know she will not be able to resist getting her mug on TV to schpeal her venom.

I hope that TM can't get into any kind of trouble legally over this...anyone?

You are right they do not listen to their lawyers, clearly. More than that, IMO, mom and pop have done things behind Brad's back. I wish Patti's videos were not gone. In one of the hearings Baez is arguing c o i and Brad starts shaking his head NO, then Andrea chimes in and says "We just got a e mail from them ( mom and pop) on this LAST NIGHT". Then Brad continues as if that is the most ridiculous thing he ever heard. I would not be surprised at all if indeed the defense has in their file such a homemade Anthony e mail insisting they never waived anything regarding Mark. Does anyone have recall and have this tape? Clearly the letter that Cindy wrote was not run through her lawyer, since it is opposite of what Brad has said on their behalf in court and in public. IMO, this has been a long time coming, and Bae'z motion just put the exclamation mark on it. Whatever Johnny come lately e mail or letter the Anthonys write, the fact remains that Mark Nejame has a signed waiver in his file, contemporaneous with him signing on with TES. Anything new is just icing on top of the perjury, someone wrote once about this case. It fits!

Mr. Miller had it spot on when he said anyone who gets involved with the Anthonys get body slammed. ( paraphrasing ). The perpetual question is....who is next?

I am sure that I heard BC three (3) times in open court, in the presence of CA, respond to JB's assertions of conflict of interest, respond that there was no conflict of interest, and if there was, it was waived. Would anyone have dates of any of those hearings? Were any of them after February 2010, after the date of that unsigned and un-notorized waiver?

He's got lots to say about this family, ICA and their character..I loved when he said, this is the most cold hearted family I've ever met! Do we know whether JB ever interviewed some of the other 32 searchers. I know he talked to JJ and Buchanon, but what about the other 30 names? Has he even tried to contact them? I mean wouldn't it make sense to interview the people whose names you DO have? :banghead:

Oh wait, we are talking about KC's defense team, they don't have to make sense because they are special!

Since I was a TES volunteer, guess I had better practice hanging up my phone VERY loudly while waiting for someone from the defense team to call me if they decide to call all 4,000 volunteers. that will take a very long time, won't it? Gee, maybe they will have to delay the trial yet again to give them more time to call everyone.

What a circus!

P.S. No, I would not hesitate to volunteer again because I doubt there is another family in the US as cold hearted as these people are.

This is the interview that should have been on the Today show the other day. That I would have watched. I won't watch the Anthonys. Unfortunately, these shows only go for the sensationalism that the Anthonys bring.

Where is everybody getting this stuff from - we haven't seen the HHJP's order yet have we? Nums24 just posted two articles with RHornsby spouting off like a talking head about how critical these files are to the defense and what happens if the SA can't prove ICA put the body there and the jury will be thinking long and hard about that. And of course I am just fuming:furious:

The defense has had forever to look at those files and tab whatever they wanted. When they did go there they acted like fools IMO.
I personally don't think those files are as "critical" to the case as the defense and Hornsby claim. It is a fishing exposition to try to place the blame on some poor soul who was just trying to help search for Caylee.

Hold on to the fact that the prosecution will put on a case that will blow all of these people out of the water and the jury will make mud pies out of all of them and put ICA where she belongs. Hang on logicalgirl, it will be ok in the end.

Thanks Wonders and yes, I am sure it will be ok in the end. I am totally confused why K. Belich is talking about what the judge ordered and not, and even more surprised RH is on wesh spouting his defense leaning opinions when as far as I know, the judge's motion/order hasn't yet been released. So are these people getting their information from that ridiculous presser Baez and Mason did? Tell me it isn't so!
