I read your angst and my friend is a friend of Mr. Nejame's. I was telling her about your concerns and other concerns I had read this morning. She volunteered to contact Mr. Nejame and make him aware of the concerns of some TES volunteers who had been called. She emailed me to assure me my concern and those of the TES volunteers were being taken very seriously. And gave me permission to post what I did. I was only trying to help relieve some concerns and assure those called, that Mr. Nejame and TES were doing everything humanly possible to safeguard the privacy of TES volunteers. Her educated guess is that this is all smoke and show.

Well tell her thank you for me. I certainly understand the office is busy they can't attend to all the calls and e-mails that they are getting.

If she can in passing or how ever let MN know that we are 100% glad he is being the guard-dog that he is #1 for TM and second for the searchers.

thanks again for doing this for us.

Note-taking is allowed under one circumstance according to Judge Perry's order filed 9/11/10 which would be if the call identifies a searcher who has relevant information regarding anyone who may have searched in the Suburban Drive area.

See letter E.) http://www.ninthcircuit.org/news/Hi...cuments in Possession of Texas Equusearch.pdf

That video though is just another one of Baez getting on my nerves. He never seems to be taking anything seriously. Does he think his nonchalant attitude makes him seem confident or something? It's not working.

That interview was near terrifying. What on EARTH is this guy up to? My favorite part was when he said 'You guys are really make a big deal out of this Laura Buchanen." WE guys? HAHAH.

I'd also like to say I found it interesting that accept for one or two questions, the other reporters seemed to pretty much give Kathi the floor. Do you think there's any rapport among reporters, like they do they realize how hard she's worked on this case and they sort of let her have the reigns on this one, or was she just the most persistent because she's that good?

This is a great video. Not that I am worried, but towards the end of the interview and they are talking about those who even say they were on Suburban Dr. will at a later date be throughly investigated. That bugs me him just saying it. Even though it is like one poster has relayed smoke and mirrors.

He really was danicing around the issue about that doc being fake.

I will relay your message.....RE: the statement Mr. Baez :loser:made in his interview with Ms. Belich that he was taking notes....this is absolutely UNTRUE according to Mr. Nejame..."no notes are being taken." There are many people in that court room watching them.

His arrogance never ceases to amaze me! I love Kathi B, but I agree she was relentless.

I think it would be in his best interest to not antagonize the press like he does. He is degrading and nasty to them then tries to woo them. I feel dirty everytime I listen to him. I think Cheney will be gone soon.

Which is what he does. Is there a berth on Dancing With the Stars for him? I hope he's a better dancer than he is an attorney.

KC is being charged with the MURDER of Caylee. To my knowledge, she is not facing an additional charge related ONLY to the dumping of Caylee's body on Suburban, correct?
So IF someone else was involved in the disposal of Caylee's body, that does NOT relieve KC of culpubility in her murder.....it would only speak to LE's inability at this point to determine a co-defendant, right?
So does the defense really believe that any juror is going to completely discount all evidence leading to KC as the murder based strictly on the knowledge that she could NOT have killed Caylee because someone else eventually dumped her body on Suburban?
DISCLAIMER: I do NOT believe anyone else was involved...this is strictly for argument sake!

Mason says Casey KILLED CAYLEE (but somebody else involved, moved the body = REASONABLE DOUBT)

http://www.wftv.com/video/23758968/index.html

June 1, 2010 Hearing
Part 2 (4:50) Mason: “…. now that does not necessarily mean, as a matter of law, that she could not have killed this child, or been involved with it…”

Baez was texting furiously on his cellphone when Mason was telling the Judge that Casey could have killed Caylee … but if somebody else moved the body that opens a “huge door of reasonable doubt” …. and they want the illegally recorded Joe Jordan tape. Motion was DENIED.

I believe Mason exposed the Defense strategy - they want to throw “somebody” in, to confuse the jury and make the jury think that “somebody” else was “helping Casey” and moved the body …. which would cause the jury to think that if somebody else was involved …. maybe Casey is not the one who killed “the child”. It gives the Defense a chance to create confusion about multiple parties involved in Caylee’s death and movement of her corpse = REASONABLE DOUBT = possible hung jury or acquittal

I can't believe that the defense is still even contemplating trying to press a case that someone else put the body there after KC was already in jail. Do they think that no one will notice the video tape of KC and JB's hired agent DC in those woods weeks before the body was found? As the defense, why in gods name would you want to call attention to that? Even if you have some circumstantial and questionable hint that the timeline of the body being placed there might not be quite correct, it still leads back to uncomfortable questions for you and your client? The some other dude that is known to have been in the woods and was video taped doing it is your and your clients employee. Which makes anything and everything they could possibly ask any of the searchers a total fools errand.

Excellent point. I wonder if this has occurred to JB or CM?

It probably has. I see the big bus rolling over Mr. Casey big time if they are going to push this finding of just one searcher that can say Caylee's body wasn't there. He better watch out! (And I'm thinking his last name being the same as the defendant's first name is just not good at all for him).

Have you ever lost something within your own home. Searched for days, weeks, maybe months and just were not able to locate it. Then all of a sudden one day you move an object and there it is. It was there the whole time ,you just did not see it. And this would be your home. It will be harder to prove someone saying they did not see her body and they were there right where the body was found than in your own home. But we have all experienced not being able to find an item and it was there in front of us the whole time. Even if they find ten people who would say that and we know they won't it just isn't going to fly because all the other evidence points to her being there the whole time...right where her mother put her. Right where neighbors have spotted KC parking in the past, right where friends say they buried their pets. It just will not fly. jmo

Yes, if the body really was moved there after 10/14/08 (which IMO it was not), it seems to me that Dom C is our #1 suspect. And who might have told him where the body was to begin with, so he could move it? :waitasec:

Wow, Kathi does a great job of pressing Baez, and it's worth watching the clip to see the expression they have frozen on Baez's face at the end of the clip.

He tried so hard to dodge her bullets, even for a second trying to deny Cheney 's comments yesterday. Looks like he is going to ask for more time. Kathi made a comment about running out of time today and Baez said YOU think. She answered with "well that's all the time you've been granted". Incredible!

The eyebrow hook annoys me!

Three minute mark
Brad goes so far as to refer to the tape as work product. My very favorite part is Geraldo says Dominic was sent to these woods with graphics and maps, and Brad does not correct him. We know Baez argued Dom was under the agency umbrella, so yes his stance on that does seem quite ironic now.
