Wow! She looked so uncomfortable and out of place....notice she kept messing with her hair and her eyes were darting around.Oh God!! I saw Rhianna laughing & 50 Cent look totally confused...P.Diddy (or whatever he goes by these days) looked BLANK..I think everybody was wondering what the heck was going on.?! :doh:

She sure did. I always thought that she would at least have her dancing, she had been known as a great dancer, that's gone too. What a shame, she is ONLY 25! :doh:

That "performance" was beyond embarrassing. Gotta tell you, if I had been in her shoes (shudder), there's no way I'd have gone onstage with the knowledge my act was no better than that. And, to think this gal was partying for several nights in a row in Vegas before this fiasco. You'd think she'd have been honing that poor excuse for a song/act/performance. Nope, she was just going out getting tanked so she could add a little/lot? more to that distended belly! And that's another thing...she can see in the mirror...right? If I was going to perform and had a figure that'd had gotten a little out of control (for someone onstage - )I'd have COVERED IT UP a little bit! Sheesh! I kept waiting for the jewel to come flying out of her belly button! You know, her unsteady walking between scant dance routines was soooo embarrassing. How sad. Why did she do this? Why?

In Britney's defense (I know...it's difficult to do) but MOST of the acts i saw did awful lip synching...

I don't really even know that Britney was ever that good of a dancer. She ''learned'' all her moves. Which with a nice price of $39.95 we too could learn the moves. I don't think her dancing was ever just natural good dancing type dancing. I think it was always choreographed type stuff taught to her by a dance instructor. She could of done a little somethin somethin with her hair (extentions) at least & the bra and panty set she had on? I'm just really shocked. Britney knows how to do it and if she don't then her PEOPLE do! Why did anyone let this happen?...Ughhh I just dont understand lol

x17 is reporting that Brit found out about what Sarah Silverman was going to say right before she went on stage. There was a huge blowout backstage and Brit was threatening to pull out.

If true, very sad. Not that I'm a Brit supporter, but hasn't she been thru enough? Was it really necessary to kick her when she's down?

I thought Sarah's comments were in such poor taste. I found nothing funny about them and most of the audience seemed to agree. Very few people laughed and there were long pauses of silence in between some of her remarks.

It's what Sarah Silverman does. It's why MTV hired her. She did the same thing to Paris Hilton and the Movie Awards right before Paris went to jail. MTV knew what she was going to say before she went out there.

Britney is not a good mother. Maybe eventually all of the haters talking smack about her will sink in and she'll realize that she brings so much of her pain on herself.

Then that's not very professional of Britney. Obviously the audience thought Silverman's comments were not appropriate. Britney may have had her feelings hurt, but what better way to prove Silverman wrong by going onstage and doing a great job?

Yes, good song and the dancing was terrible. Contrary to what others have said, I think she was a good dancer in the past.

Idahomom, I also thought she was a great dancer in the past. SHe was always a great entertainer, while perhaps not a great singer. But her entertainment factor is what carried her all those years.. but if she can't put on a good stage show anymore, shes done IMO

A few gossip sites are stating that MTV asked Sarah to eliminate the comments about Brit's kids after Brit complained and she refused.
