As to the stun gun, there is no backpedalling. He merely states the model that so far comes closest in the experiments.

As for going through the window, I'm sure you saw Lou Smit don overalls to do so, did you see any dirt on those overalls afterwards?

Should we talk FACTS for once, Toth? Read the LKL transcript. Smit is now backpedalling on the stun gun and said "I'm no longer sure it was a Taser". Well guess what, the Taser is the only one that comes close to matching. Smit is now at a loss to come up with another model that meets the dimensions.

And YES, Smit climbed through the window with EASE, several people did, you got that much right. What you completely missed is that the crime scene photos show the window sill is FILTHY with dirt and droplet marks from the last rain. NOBODY has ever made it through that window without dragging their 🤬🤬🤬 firmly over that sill--including Smit, which we all saw on video!. It's impossible to do because the window is blocked by pipes and doesn't open all the way.
That's why Thomas calls Smit's window theory a joke and says only a "flying spiderman" could have come in that window without disturbing the filth on the window sill.

Of course we should also mention how Smit showed the world what a dingbat he is by claiming the blue electrical arc of a stungun turned JonBenet's skin blue...DUH!
The guy showed the world he can't even understand basic electricity, so do we REALLY believe he has a chance of understanding DNA technology?--yeah right!

"We all seen that Smit is an Okee from Muskogee"

Toth, you seem less convinced than you were previously. I might be imagining things here, but is it possible that you are moving to the fence?
You must indeed be imagining things!!

I should have known...wishful thinking on my part, lol!

I guess it wasn't what you said; it was just the strength with which you said it. Does that make any sense?

Anyway, sorry, my mistake.
