IMO it seems fairly clear she was seen with Yellow after her father saw her on the balcony. No suicide or no accidental fall overboard IMO.

How would Yellow or others have gotten her off the ship? I've heard a lot of theories. What seems most probable?

The last time Amy was seen by a family member was approx. 5:30 AM while she was sleeping on the balcony. Two girls saw her shortly after with Yellow. I read somewhere at least one of those witnesses testified in front of a Grand Jury. Sorry, don’t have a link for that at hand right now.

Why would the FBI spend money and manpower on recently created age progression photos of Amy, if they believed she went overboard?

The FBI also released sketches of the two Latinas that “kidnapped” Sherri Papini fwiw

I don’t know anything about that case, sorry.

Until Amy is found (alive or not) I will not discredit anything the FBI has shared on their page (past or present.) I also will not discredit other eyewitness sightings. I believe Amy left that ship alive.

Lol. So true. Looks like that actor dude.

I think Amy is never going to be found, as she is long deceased (unfortunately) and disposed of, whether by a person or the ocean.

If it was suicide, it is a shame that she ended her pain but transferred it to her family for all of these years. But that is what suicide does (IF she died by suicide).

Amy was seen in Bridgetown in March 2005.

Oh you bring up such a good point— crew passports are held!

Also, since I always have a balcony, on port days I watch everyone coming and going. They don’t take anything off the ship that is like a large container. All laundry is done on the ship. All trash food is ground up and discharged into the water, etc.

Excellent point!

Also, not to mention there has literally been no person known to have been kidnapped off a cruise ship.

Yellow and his merry men were NOT members of the crew. They were "the band". They could come and go as they pleased. Also, there IS a freight elevator that runs right thru the disco, one for employees only. It would have been incredibly easy for yellow and/or someone else to take her off that ship. The ship by the way, when it is docked...it is right on the street. You walk off the plank and you are IN the street of the city.
The San Francisco siting was confirmed as credible. By the FBI. The FBI doesn't send agents to a place to interview witnesses, track down leads, waste their time putting together 3 composite sketches and then releasing them, based on the whim of someone who says she "might" have seen her. Look at the facts and the manpower that went in to San Francisco sighting. We may not be privvy to all the facts surrounding it. I would NOT dismiss it.
Think about he sightings that the FBI DID become involved. Those, to me, are confirmed and highly likely as true sightings. Considering that they probably literally got thousands of tips, there were 5 that the FBI actually became involved with to the point of sketches, releasing information about the sighting, interviewing witnesses, etc. Those would be..
David Carmichael sighting on the beach. David has identified Yellow as the man with Amy. He actually followed Amy into the bar and sat 2 feet away from her.
Navy guy in hotel bar. I don't know if the wayback machine can find this or not but it was said that this guy was completely ruined by what he failed to do. There was an interview all those years ago with Iva where she said that he personally met with them and the FBI and he was devastated and racked with guilt.
San Francisco sighting - Feds out in full force on that one.
The posting of the pics on adult website - FBI flew down there. Iva, a forensic detective, and the FBI believe those pics were of her.
Woman in bathroom- Feds involved with that. Released sketches. Interviews, etc. Very detailed interaction and credible.

If people don't want to believe what the FEDS tell us, or think that they use all this manpower to chase ghosts, that's their perogative but I am not one of them. The FBI just released a new vid in March for goodness sake. This is NOT a cold case they're working. They have been always working this as an active case, and still are working it as an active, solveable case.

I have pics stored on my laptop of the actual ship, the floorplan of the exact room she stayed in, the outside of the ship (so you can see how high railings are) and a pic of the ship at the exact port she went missing from so you can see that it actually pulls up to the street!
I will post later tonight when I get home.

As an aside, all this talk about amy walking past her parents, how come nobody heard, etc...the floor plan shows that the balcony had 2 entrances/exits...One thru her parents room and one NOT going thru her parents room.

Up thread i read that when Mr Bradley awoke to find Amy missing, the balcony door was open.
Which door do you suppose that would be?

I hope this is not a stupid question. At that time/year did they have security cameras that automatically changed the time when they entered different time zones? Same question for cabin clocks.

Was the Curacao time zone the same as the previous stop? (Dont recall what the previous stop was) TIA

Bands are traditionally members of the crew and are employed by the cruise company. They have to follow crew rules as they are crew— they can’t come and go as they please.

Would you link to the current FBI sketches of people? Thanks!

Can anyone link to an FBI case file showing everyone they interviewed? Thanks.

The previous stop was Aruba
Same time zone.

That is for the larger family suite that they were not in. That cabin is forward and they were midship/aft.

Their cabin number is 8564 which is a JUNIOR suite, not a family suite.

ETA: I have never found anything in print that says which type of suite they were in— only “the family’s suite”. Brad and Amy woke Ron up when they came in, so I think that indicates that Ron and Iva were not in a separate bedroom. The bathroom light bothered Ron.

There was a congressional hearing after she went missing that included discussions on raising the railing height on cruise ships. I’ll see if I can find that later.

I tried to read the whole thread, but may have missed something.

There was an elevator in the disco and she was last seen by witnesses and on security cam in the disco? If there were an elevator I'm guessing that it did not capture her getting in the elevator or being put in the elevator. Are there cams in the elevators or rather... were there at that time?

Do we know if they searched every nook and cranny of the ship or just generally searched? The ship folks were not too worried at first bc she was 23 and they didn't stop disembarking.

(?)

Some of the crew and band seemed creepy to some. She could have been anywhere on that ship knocked out etc. I just cant see her walking off; and were there cameras on the disembarking plank or whatever you call it? Or she could have walked off the ship and someone got her once she was off the ship. But why not leave a note or tell someone and not throw everyone into a panic? I dont know what to think. But so many good points upthread.

Can anyone find a link anywhere in the last year where the FBI mentions or specifically names anyone seen with Amy? Since their revamped updates that started last year when the cold case FBI agent took over...

Thanks.

At 6:00 a.m., two other passengers on the ship saw her riding the elevator to the top deck. Bradley was last seen carrying her room key, cigarettes, and a lighter when she was last seen. She had a hundred dollars in her pocket as well.

Bradley was last seen in the ship's elevator with "Yellow," a member of the cruise ship's band, Blue Orchid. It is not known if this person was involved in Bradley's disappearance; there have been no arrests made in her case. Bradley also spent time with various waiters while on the cruise.

Has it ever been said if Amy had enough cigarettes for the whole trip? Can you buy cigarettes on the Cruise ship if you run out? Can you smoke anywhere on a cruise ship?
ETA or I guess COULD you back then.

A little bit about the cameras on the ship that night. None of the video monitors were linked to videotape THAT NIGHT. How convenient.

>>snip

Royal Caribbean says none of its 40 video monitors that night were linked to videotape and none of the guards recalls seeing Amy. There are electronic records of Amy using her key card to enter the room at 3:40 a.m. Tuesday but, her brother Brad says, "because the [ship's] lock-link [system] does not record when a passenger exits the room, there is no record of what time Amy left the room."

radley's brother stayed in the cabin, while she mentioned possibly disembarking at Curacao in the Netherlands Antilles to purchase cigarettes.

I don't know about the cabins, but you could smoke on the balconies
