Is it just me or does anyone else find it incredible that the A's care so much about their daughter, however, they haven't seen her in months.
I know if it were my child, I would be all over the attorney to get access to see my daughter in person just to see if she is well, and to tell her I love her.

If JB is afraid of KC spilling the beans about her guilt, they wouldn't have to talk, other than I love you's, and do you need anything?

It just appears to me that the A's want KC to know they support her, but are afraid to face her, one on one. Are they afraid she will spill the beans about something to do with them? They certainly tried to get across to her at the memorial, that they were on her side. Didn't appear to move her.
Is KC refusing to see them as she plans to throw them under the bus to save herself?
They certainly showed no love or family unity before Caylee's murder, and it's a little too late to start now, it seems. She is convinced it's their fault she's still in jail, as they did not provide bond when the opportunity was there.

This keeping everyone apart from KC tells me there is still no trust there whatsoever. So, so much for unity.

How will the A's react if they are kept separated until the trial, and KC throws them under the bus? Should prove to be interesting !

B/c the A's should know or do know who did what happened with Caylee and as far as most are concerned they would rather throw an innocent person under the bus than their kid. KC is guilty. But who cares about the fate their GD or niece felt...it is all about bs and keeping whatever bs. family secret and weirdness that they keep perpetuating. Hope KC gets the DP...end the syndrom

I think they believe it is in her best interest not to keep having her show up on the nightly news by way of a jail videotape. I think they would like to go visit her, but in the scheme of things they are opting not to in order to help their daughter.

Pictures from now and then of her partying like a rock star...such a great parent she..working job(s) wow...ok...diligently babysitting for her (?). You and your family deserve a fate much less the same...right? Cuz KC is so innocent. Innocent like as fox in a hen house...and I don't think your family was a hen house. Just that Caylee was a chick. And Casey the fox...Caylee deserves justice and it is not at some bs scripted park wher ZFG and SG took her away. If it helps to know...god did take her away after...but KC brought about it.

If this is the case then, I would think this would play into the state of KC's mind. It certainly would show how hateful and spiteful she really is, as she doesn't care who she hurts or how. This would also go towards motive in as much as, if she killed Caylee to spite her mother, she is still doing things to spite her, because she still is not getting her way. I hope this and the jail videos can be brought out in court.

I don't think KC was happy to see them. IMO, she acknowledge their presence only because JB told her to do so. As much as I dislike CA and GA, I couldn't help but feel sorry for them. She is the only little girl they have left. I think they'll do anything to keep her in their lives.

I agree with you - it's just that the contrast of how CA and GA acted and how KC acted was so obvious and sad.

see...here's what I think, I think the A's do want to see KC, but it's KC and JB who are refusing their requests for visits. I have thought this for a long time, but something was said the other day by BC that made my belief stronger. It was after KC's court appearance and BC was being interviewed. A reporter asked him why the A's haven't been to visit KC since Caylee's remains were found and BC said something like (this is not verbatim) but something like "they do want to see her and we are trying to make that happen". I'm going to go search for that interview and come back with a link if I can find it.

ETA - I just reread my post and it sounds confusing. I'm tired...sorry! We already know BC is trying to make the visit happen (but it was the way he said it in the interview that made me think that their visits have been refused in the past)

Oh, I think JB is keeping KC from seeing them. I think he is afraid KC will say something, could be they might say something. He doesnt want anything more with them on tape.

To me, it's telling that they're trying to insist on a private visit. If they were unequivocably in support of their daughter, why wouldn't they leap at the chance to have an informercial? They could use the law to their advantage. "Oh, KC! We know you're not guilty! Tell us again how not guilty you are! And look at the camera, sweetie!"

I think they desperately want to support her, but they still need and want answers. They can't get those answers without asking some hard questions that she might object to, or answer in a way that would be detrimental to her defense. KC, of course, knows this and will do anything possible to avoid this family meeting. I mean, where do you begin?

I don't get the impression that this would be a love fest. It'll go about as well as the Chucky!KC meeting during which CA had to go beat her head against the wall.

Sadly there is no excuse for the photos. They speak for themselves. KC and "whomever" doing "whatever" "whenever" after her kid went missing and obviously many times before was not just a "modern woman"... Caylee...the one she failed to report went missing... deserved better than KC as a mom...despite what KC wanted to achieve (goals much???).
The photos speak volumes about who KC was and what she did without name calling. But the proof is in the pooding...KC wears an American Flag drapped over her supposedly naked body..and AFTER her child went missing... she miss modern woman.. didn't care... doesn't care ...just wanted to be with a GUY.....umm hello? Not exactly someone I would defend as a character of modern feminism.

Can't label her as a negative person... that would be wrong: but what would you call a girl who can't tell you the father of her kid, been with countless boyfriends, lied about her "jobs"... stole from everyone she knows...what would you call that person without labeling them a u know what? Just a girl in the world?

This is not about females being able to have equality. This is about someone who didn't care about that movement. Nevermind what we might call men who act in the same way.

But we are talking about one specific person who cared more about herself than her ow kid! But that is okay I guess since once you have one most people are still about what they want. Not about having a kid.

And in my mind, regardless of her parents and their issues along with Lee's, makes kc
horrible regardless. Most people don't act like she did. Were not photographed as she was. And that is not a woman's privilege! It is called class and tact. Her actions were horrible beyond belief: Not name calling..just calling what walks like a duck talks like a duck. And she is ONE.

That is so true. Every time KC would get irritated or the least bit upset, George and Cindy tiptoed around her and walked on eggshells. KC uses this ability to intimidate her family to keep them (and the truth) at bay.
Of course other inmates are taped, it's just that what would be so interesting to the public about someone visiting a drug addict charged with writing cold checks?
I also find the video clip where KC starts to get mad and almost loses control very interesting in showing a fleeting glimpse into a much darker side to her than has otherwise been shown. Every time I see that I wonder about the level of rage poor Caylee had to endure during her last minutes alive.

WOW! Great post. Such a picture you painted. Can't wait til the trial. No telling what kind of ?s she and JB will conjure up for LA---CA---GA. Karma ain't just for KC. Seems like the others may have some coming their way.

Thinking a long time about your post JBean. Not being sarcastic at all, trying to be a caring mother thinking of my daughter sitting in jail. I have an 18 yr old girl and there is nothing in the world that would keep me away.

If the A's actually believed - truly believed KC to be innocent, here's my thoughts.

If it was my daughter and she lost a child to murder and I haven't even seen her since before Caylee's body was found, I'd be doing everything within my power to see her, comfort her and talk to her. Here's my thought process.

The media has already called me every name in the book, accused our family of the most incomprehensible things imaginable, I've buried my dear sweet little granddaughter before she even reached 3 yrs of age, how much worse could it get?

I already know my daughter will be going to jail for this even though she didn't do this. I know the press will continue their endless harassement and question everything we do and say. But I gave birth to my girl and she lost her own baby girl to some evil thing that is still out there. There is truly nothing in this world that would stop me from seeing my child in jail. She has no one but us and we're a united family that will continue to stand strong and proud.

Why are the A's really staying away? I think because KC is playing head games and it's the only control she has at the moment. This is a human being that needs some type of control in her world, some type of entitlement & to remain in a position of power. :twocents:

I bet they're writing to her though. JB is probably showing her letters from her family during their meetings. She can easily write them back, as outgoing mail isn't opened and searched for contraband the way incoming mail is (not to mention that it could be read by jail personnel.)
