Hello,I'm new to this thread and you all have done some awesome work here!!! Before I post my theory,I have some questions and would really appreciate any answers from anyone.
1. I have read the autopsy report and wonder if it is a FACT that JBR was molested over a period of time prior to her death because from the report, I understood that she was.
2. It would seem to me that if she was and for the molester to be JR, he probably did this to his other daughters. Do we know if LE questioned Melinda about this?
3.In BR's interview, he said that when he saw all the people and LE at his house,he thought that they would probably be held up from taking their trip. This sounds so detatched to me. I realize that he was a child, but he was old enough to be upset and concerned about what was happening instead of the trip. My kids would have. See what I mean?
4.Do we know when JBR's bed wetting began?
5. Can anyone explain what happened with the 911 call that happened prior to the murder where the cops were sent away? I can't remember all of that and can't find the thread.
6. On the 911 call from the morning of the murder,is it a FACT that BR is heard on the tape?
Thank You!!
Hello and welcome. I'll try to answer some things if I can.
1. The autopsy showed evidence of prior molestation. To me, that is factual, though because the coroner failed to state sexual molestation in his report (we do not know why) that may mean it cannot be stated as fact.
2. One of JR's two elder daughters died in a car accident a few years before JBR. I don't know whether LE asked Melinda anything about her father's behavior with her.
3. Yes, BR seems very detached from the situation, and even in a subsequent session with a psychiatrist, the doctor found his comments about "getting on with his life" just DAYS after his sister's very violent death, to be odd. It was reported that he never cried that day or even seemed very upset as he was taken that morning to the White's.
4. As far as I can recall reading, JBR was potty trained in the normal way by age 3, and her wetting and soiling, not just in her bed, but in her clothes, began at some point after they moved to Boulder, when she was about 3. It was also within the year or 2 previous to her death that her mother and Nedra began a more aggressive approach to her pageant participation. S I'd say the reversal in potty training began at least a year or 2 before her death.
5. The 911 call placed on Dec. 23rd from the Ramsey home during their annual Christmas party resulted in a officer coming to the house. Susan Stine, a family friend, answered the door and would not let the officer in, saying the call was a "mistake". JonBenet was seen crying at the party at some point, and say she "didn't feel pretty". I personally believe some sort of molestation may have occurred that night, and that is why she was upset. There is speculation she may even have called 911 herself.
6. There are differing opinions on the tape. The tape where he can be heard is an enhanced tape. While there is another voice on the tape that is believed to be BR's, it can't be stated as fact because it hasn't been proved that it is, in fact, his voice.
