I am just saying , I am guilty of the "!!!!!!!" thingy, and for Me it is like screaming ....a frustrating scream. Not speaking for anyone but myself.

The hair extensions were my opinion. The snorkel gear GG claims she was wearing but there is no proof other than is statement.

We have gone over the witnesses time and time again. The links have also been posted numerous times.

The latest witness account and the photographs of Gardner and Giordano together emerged just one day after a witness came forward to dispute Giordano's account of what happened the day Gardner disappeared.

The witness says he was fishing on a beach on that day and he saw the two take a walk along the reef around 4 p.m., but they never went in the water.

A short time later, the couple drove away and he never saw either of them again, the witness says.

1. A witness who gave LE an account that night to dispute what happened.
2. Following day a fisherman on the beach gave an account of them leaving.
3. Mr. Silva gave an account of them leaving.
4. The fisherman out on the boat gave an account of the leaving.

It's not clear that the first account LE received was a fisherman or just a witness. So it is possible the dive shop owner was the first witness but we do not know that only that he stated he saw them.

More than one is all they needed to verify that GG was lying. I think LE has enough proof GG lied. jmo

Many things have been gone over time and time again Lamb Chop, its the nature of the beast I am afriaid, at least until some new unknown information comes to our aid.And personally I can only see that coming from the FBI and there ongoing investigations..

I think any reference to comments and an example such as, "I'm glad you put IMO on your post or I would have taken it as fact" is meant to be sarcastic and anything personal is against TOS. It is okay to talk about the post and disagree but to make remarks suggesting anything personal about the poster posting their comments is not acceptable.

I have not alerted but I have had reasons to in the past in this thread. It's just not productive but I can see someone feeling put upon by some of the remarks that are made here. We all appear to be trying to be helpful so the sarcasm should be left out of the thread. jmo

For instance, the "fisherman witness statements" . I bolded the claims that they have all been documented or reported as fact. I have also read the links posted and many more and all seem to just be written as "witness" told ABC. No verification of 3 distinct fisherman has ever been made. These reports are very misleading in that they seem to be "as heard or understood" by said reporter. It is the same with the EXACT TIME searches began, no factual verification for that either.

It doesn't help any of us if we are unable to pin down answers to these questions. Furthermore it is very frustrating when repeated requests are made for some verification , and they are met with generalities.

That is important because claims have been made that it is these inconsistencies that show GG's guilt, and are the reason he was held. If you read the articles in your link, ALE has never stated what info they had for holding him. It could be the "insurance" only.

That quote was not directed at you, it was just an example. Somehow your quote came over, too. Not sure why that happened but I know sometimes it double quotes. I know there are times people say they are just kidding but personal jabs are just not permitted and we all know that. So I try to stay on the safe side and if someone is offended by my post....and it has happened, I apologize right away to let them know it was never intended to upset them.

There are videos for each of three. We know about Mr. Silva's video. We know about the boat fisherman because it is on the GMA link but is the second video regarding witnesses. We know about the dive shop owner. We know a statement was taken from a fisherman on the beach that evening who claimed he did not see GG return because that also was reported in one of the links above. We know another person came forward after that to also verify GG left with RG because it was reported on that link. When you have one witness it is his word against the suspect. When you have two witnesses it validates that GG was not telling the truth. It doesn't really matter how many witnesses there were as long as there was more than one and that we have already agreed upon. Once they took a statement from the second person LE was golden in disproving GG's statement. The fact that he has not waviered in his story about staying there did not help him as more and more witnesses came forward. jmo

I don't see "attacking" going on either, but have had responses to some of my comments suggesting that is exactly what I am doing.
......and speaking for myself, I would never "attack" or use the "!!!!!!" for your posts because "you get it".

You have never seen posts here that repeat "points" they are trying to make , but never give an MSM reference to back up those points?? LOL well I know I am one of them, but then I admit that I don't have the link and ask for help with that.

There has not been any new news coming out of Aruba for months and just about everything has been linked in one thread or another that is connected to any discussion here. You just have to look for it.

Not everyone who is trying to make a point has an MSM connection because their post is based on an opinion. At this stage of the case that is pretty much all we have because there aren't many facts to guide us to a reasonable conclusion. Look at what the judge did today with the scuba case. Dismissed for lack of evidence by the judge. Did this judge sleep through discovery and shouldn't he have made that decision prior to calling for a jury????
