Won't the Therapist deposition/testimony be revealing or will she claim Dr./Patient confidentiality? How could a grandmother allow KC to take Caylee especially knowing she had no where to go....it doesn't make sense.

Depends on what CA told her, if she told her there was imminent danger to Caylee based on her behavior/habits, it might have enacted the Therapists obligation to contact DFS. Which I suspect may have happened.

Unless of course Turbo's theory is on target that one of the A's has told LE where the body is. That would make the most sense to me.

But given their behavior to date I dunno. I wish, though.

"Details of the Anthony case to do not rise to the level required for the death penalty, he wrote. She doesn't have a criminal record. There is no history of abuse. The crime was not cold, calculated and premeditated. In the months leading up to Caylee's disappearance, Anthony's behavior was described by friends and family as "erratic and not entirely rational."

This sounds like they concede that Caylee has been killed by Casey. If not, what crime are they referring to in the article?
ITA. Are they beginning to believe Caylee's body will be found this weekend?

It might be wise for the prosecution to take the death penalty off the table. If one person on that jury has a problem with the possibility of Casey getting death - they may not vote to convict on murder one.

I love the thing with baby photos. Did they think the prosecutor would look at them and say "Oh how cuuuuuuttee!!!! We can't possibly give her the death penalty!!!!"

No doubt they is what they are trying BeanE...I think it will backfire on them in a BIG way...they will see what a middle class with opportunity childhood Casey has had...

There is no evidence of a fight at this point and certainly no evidence of Casey taking Caylee and moving out. All Caylee's things were left behind. I don't like to pretend that everyone involved with Caylee on the 15th and 16th of June is a liar or to 'imagine' scenerios and then twist the facts to fit them.

Do you not consider CA brother RP account of what CA told him and their Mother about the eve of the 15th and the argument that ensued relative?

Baby Photos Of Caylee's Mom Used In Request To Avoid Death Penalty

"In this case, no one knows how death might have happened, if at all," stated the document, which was also obtained by Local 6 News. "If death did occur, the death was almost certainly a tragic accident."

Anthony's defense team also raises the possibility that Caylee may have been poisoned by chloroform, saying, "Death may have occurred while the child was sedated or from an unwitting overdose of a sedative."

Good Lord.......can these lawyers make up their mind or at least a story to stick with!!

She's alive, we know where she is, she might have been poisoned by chloroform................. Can I pull out my hair now??

So there was no fight and she intended on coming home June 16th...except she killed her daughter? Could be.

ETA: wait, wait, wait...then what about Casey's leaving to go off and bond with her daughter? She just woke up the 16th and decided to do that? Nah...something big happened on the 15th...

I totally agree something happened on that day. The neighbors reported hearing loud arguing. Those homes are very close together and I can bet that neighbors notice anything out of the ordinary.
I think that Cindy and GA refused, due to being mad at KC, to watch Caylee for her. She was angry and mad because all her friends were going on Holiday and she was stuck with a kid.
I would diagnosis her as a "princess" used to getting her own way and throwing fits when she didn't. Not with PPD. LOL:)

this is just so wierd about the chloroform....seems like they are trying to cover all areas...kind of makes you wonder if somehting has happened and that is why GA was out and about....

what difference would the trial be if they went for DP vs. life in prision??? I was always thinking that with the DP the jury could go for life in prision?? tia in advance...this whole thing has baffled me...

jmo

I know! The chloroform bit makes this much less of a *generic* take the DP off the table negotiation -- the specific mention of chloroform freaks me right out!!!

dint ya see silence of the lambs? they're trying to humanize her so she seems harder to harm.

dont believe in the DP but *gag* anyways

I'll bet anything Cindy and/or George are going to be raked over the coals somehow at this trial.
If there is a trial...I'm beginning to think so, too. Believe it or not, I don't want her hurting them anymore than she already has.

I was just thinking, people are saying it's coming out before the search - but the defense has been interviewing witnesses - friends, family, etc. So I'm thinking they are taking this 'eratic and irrational' statments from the interviews the defense is having

So whats going to happen - we go to trial - Tony told LE that Casey acted normal like she would any other day - but told the defense something completely different - same with all the friends and family

So Tony is on the stand, the prosecution asks all these questions, then the defense cross examines Tony he says something completely different, then the prosecution cross cross examines - prosection asks if he is lying - judge warns him of perjury is a federal offense - and it falls flat on the defense

And it happens over and over and over again

So what does that tell us? witnesses were talked to prior to say certain things - they couldn't have been talked to with the first LE interviews because no one knew who they all were -

Mistrial

They are obligated to cover that in Voir Dire prior. Although I do agree with you that a DP case is harder to prosecute successfully in general.

They included baby photos of KC in this document! (Talk about too little, too late.) I doubt that we'll see one of Caylee in there.

If they have photos of Casey as a child, then they should of included photos and video of Casey as an adult after Caylee went missing, this way they would have the complete package.

Do you have a link to Rick's LE interview?

I was just going to post this. Whoa!!! Why wouldn't he wait to put this out there until after it was decided the state was going for the death penalty?

I must admit while this is probably procedural for Murder 1 it does seem premature.

It struck me of not only providing admission that Caylee is deceased, validating forensics but also the likelyhood of KC being found guilty of her murder.

Be prepared but this surely presumes likelyhood of guilt?

I would not be surprised at all if a plea deal is in progress.... else why not publicize confidence in a full acquital?

I think the baby pics of Caylee are MUCH cuter!!

It is disturbing to see seemingly 'normal' family pics that could have been plucked out of anyones photo albums and wonder how they went from THAT to this.

My part in BOLD. Does it seem Baez is going for insanity or mental illness defense?

I don't think Baez is going for anything.........It sounds as if his case has been taken over by a real attorney.
