Depends on what CA told her, if she told her there was imminent danger to Caylee based on her behavior/habits, it might have enacted the Therapists obligation to contact DFS. Which I suspect may have happened.
But, then why would Grandma have waited 31 days to find her granddaughter? If she believed Caylee to be in imminent danger she would have called out the cavalry, no?

The chloroform is really difficult to explain away. It really does kind of remove a credible "accident" theory. You either have to buy it illegally or cook it up in the kitchen. Either way, you're really doing something you shouldn't and it takes thought/planning. Even if the defence tries to insinuate that the intent was to make her sleep/not to kill...Chloroform is such a bizarre approach that it defies an "oopps". If she'd used benadryl or something like that maybe. But chloroform. It reeks (no pun intended) of intent.

If they have photos of Casey as a child, then they should of included photos and video of Casey as an adult after Caylee went missing, this way they would have the complete package.

right on Patty G!

Do you have a link to Rick's LE interview?

I don't think Baez is going for anything.........It sounds as if his case has been taken over by a real attorney.

LMAO!!! :clap::clap::clap::clap:

And she has the same staged smile in her baby photos. The article said they showed her surrounded by loving family, yea in staged photos, only one seemed spur of the moment. :furious:

I think that the only way that they will take the DP off the table is if she confesses or if they assist with the recovery of Caylee somehow.

If you let me out I'll show your *right* where her body is!

QUOTE=TURBOTHINK;2904385]Can't be............All the Anthonys say she is still alive and it is just a matter of days before they find her. GA has "been watching" them.

I bet CA is LIVID over this.........can't you just hear her now? She had no idea it was coming because that is KC's attorney NOT HERS..........I can't help but laugh.[/QUOTE]:floorlaugh:

Cindy tried to control LE and the who, what ,why ,when and where of the investigation-didn't work and thats when she started to get really angry.
Now, this case has so many players that she can't control (family, friends of Casey's, lawyers, pr men, reporters, cadaver dogs, squirels, gases and smells, flys and maggots and the list goes on and grows everyday) it's a wonder her head just doesn't explode from the frustration of it all:burn::curses::cursing::rage::banghead:

Chilly - As I am sure you know, there is no link to a Rick interview. Rick posted on various blogs for a period of time and Greta used some of the information he provided (he was referred to as an anonymous source) on her show. Rick is silent at the moment. He shed a lot of light on the situation and a lot of his information (including pictures by the way - and they are posted here on ws) has proven to be correct. Be patient. You will see a Rick interview. Despite CA's silencing...He will appear at trial.

Baby Photos Of Caylee's Mom Used In Request To Avoid Death Penalty

"In this case, no one knows how death might have happened, if at all," stated the document, which was also obtained by Local 6 News. "If death did occur, the death was almost certainly a tragic accident."

Anthony's defense team also raises the possibility that Caylee may have been poisoned by chloroform, saying, "Death may have occurred while the child was sedated or from an unwitting overdose of a sedative."

 Ah, wasn't that pretty much what LE said? Isn't that pretty much what the testing showed? If it is all junk science & hocus pocus, why even entertain it as an idea?

But, then why would Grandma have waited 31 days to find her granddaughter? If she believed Caylee to be in imminent danger she would have called out the cavalry, no?

According to CA originally, she was trying to find her for the past month, that when she talked to her there was always an explanation (per her statement). Even if the therapist was not "redflagging" the situation at the initial meeting. I think it's feasible once she might have learned Casey took off with Caylee, she would have alerted DFS, jmho.

He neglected to mention the other reasons parents commit filicide. (categories more than reasons - no reasons are justifiable of course)

Some kill because of revenge, some kill because they don't want to be burdened with a kid anymore, some kill for financial reasons and some just because they are sociopaths. Some have a combination of reasons. Which I believe Casey had a number or reasons, just one being a sociopath. (jmo)

Murder for whatever reasons, is an anti social and hellish activity and filicide a much more condemnable crime as parents are, by natural laws, the protectors of kids who are supposed to love and care for them.

Reported on WFTV9 Orlando

Baez "We all believe [Caylee is] alive and, if these tips, if there's one credible tip in that 5,000, it's worth us going through them," attorney Jose Baez told Eyewitness News on Wednesday.

The defense is accusing prosecutors of purposely releasing all the psychics' tips first just to make it appear as though there were no credible tips showing Caylee is alive. The Anthonys claims about following her kidnappers and getting closer to finding her don't seem to be panning out.

"She says she gave the child to a babysitter that no one can find. Doesn't the key lie with her? Why do you need to rely on stranger's tips when she is the one who could really lead you in some direction?" WFTV reporter Kathi Belich asked attorney Jose Baez (full interview).
"Kathi, I'm not going to discuss theories of defense or anything we plan on bringing out in court. The truth is, under the rules of discovery we're entitled to it," Baez said.
Investigators said the tips are not panning out because Caylee's gone.

"Do you think she's being open and honest with you?" Belich asked Baez.

"I don't think it's wise to make statements about my communication with her," he said."

Well it's about time someone asked Baez why he needed tips from strangers to find Caylee when he had Casey. And he can't even answer the question, gives the excuse that it's part of the defense strategy and will come out in trial.

He might as well have said, "Don't confuse me with the facts."

Maybe sheds some light on why GA was starring out into the woods!

Which has all along made me personally more angry....all those volunteers risking their personal safety, spending money they probably cannot afford really, once again...wrong, just wrong.

I don't care what their reasoning, if you can use that term with these people...you do not waste, misdirect LE or the public, put people in harms way for a lie...

I believe Casey to the later.

You forgot to add that some kill when they meet a new man that they want to spend time with..

So they think showing pictures of CASEY as a baby will somehow make her a more sympathetic character?? I hope they ALSO shows Caylee's pictures, then the DA can note which one is alive and well, and which one is dead and missing!!

They also show Casey as an older child. I would be quick to point out she didnt let poor Caylee get to that age.
