I've been following this case in the news and have been meaning to get back onto WS.

The last time I posted in this thread we were still racking our brains trying to work out who the little girl could be.

I could never have imagined that the case would have so many twists and turns. This is like something out of a horror movie. The perps in this case are just plain evil. I can't comprehend it.

Well done to our police for the progress they have made after starting out with so little.

Now I hear there has been an arrest. I'm still curious about the man with the suitcase and how on earth he ended up in Wynarka.

This case really gives me the chills. There is something so evil and coordinated about it

This man has been charged with Karlie's murder. There have not yet been any charges for Kandalyce's murder so it's not known if this guy was ever in Wynarka.

The well dressed man seen carrying a suitcase, apparently both before and after discovery of the case with Kandalyce's bones, may well have been just that - a man carrying a suitcase. He did not necessarily dump the suitcase. There are many eccentric people about and if his carrying of a suitcase was completely innocent, then he may be totally unaware of the news, particularly if he is a migrant itinerant with little English. Again my thoughts only

I kind of wonder if 'suitcaseman' knew that the little girl was Khandalyce Pearce.

And because in 2014 computer generated images were shown of Stuart Pearce showing what one of South Australia's most wanted may look like now.

Maybe this suitcaseman parared around town carrying an innocent suitcase and himself having nothing to do with Khandalyce's death, hoping that someone might link him to Stuart Pearce. And that the name Pearce would make police stumble upon the missing persons report of Karlie and Khandalyce.

Totally agree Jane. It infuriates me that all we're getting these days in MSM is sloppy journalism. I'm so thankful to SAPOL and Des Bray for the time they take to update the public with media conferences in this case. At least we get to hear it all from the source.

It sounds like the murderer has been formerly arrested and charged. According to the link below his name is Daniel Holdom.

Bear in mind that the laws of sub judice now apply to Holdom. We can discuss what is printed in MSM and what is released by police and that's it. Feel free to sleuth all you want but don't post anything here that could be detrimental to this case. If there is anything you're not sure of feel free to contact me privately.

It's not the same guy as the one some of the girls were suggesting ThaiBali. That is a different guy who is also in Cessnock jail.

we started with a child...a baby really - no identity discarded like a piece of trash along a hwy..... Now they have found her Mum who was also so cruelly discarded...... left nameless and almost forgotten in damp forest undergrowth.......

We now Know who Angel is.... and her Mum is also finally afforded the dignity of her name...

feels like only a few more steps....and justice will finally be served..

If anyone even vaguely related to this crime happens to read this, might I suggest you present yourself to the police immediately. As of right now Daniel Holdom is blabbering names, names that in turn will be blabbering names. You probably have a matter of hours....if that.
If the police have to put out a public appeal to find you, such is the public anger at this crime, you'll be lucky if you're still breathing when you're finally turned over to the police.

Jeez Louise! The one night I go to bed early and I miss all the action! Not only here, but some lunatic tried to blow up a bank right by our house and I slept through it all! Off to catch up, but so thrilled the wheels are moving quickly, I hope they all feel the noose tightening on them! Police should ask for people in the area to report anyone acting suspiciously i.e. sweating bullets or becoming reclusive since the heat has been put on!!
