Wow. It's gone quiet in here.
Guess everyone is searching social media.

Ok I caught up by skipping a few pages :-)

So glad there is a name. Now if MSM could please present us with just who this man is beyond his name. I am so interested in how they pinned him for this and just exactly who he is, what he does, his prior crimes and his exact role in all of this.

Since they believe Khandalyce and Karlie were murdered separately, I am really distraught at what could have transpired in between the murders. I truly hope and pray that it doesn't get more horrific than it already is.

Have a read of my post #529 up thread in regard to sleuthing Daniel Holdom now that he has been charged with murder.

Yes Makara, I will not be posting any thing I find! I never find anything anyways :) but hopefully we will get some MSM info that is safe to discuss! And I have never seen that warning before about sleuthing a person once they have been arrested. Is this something relative to Australia? Sorry if that's a newbie question!

Can I ask, what is "bashing" in Aus? Here in the UK, it is a word that is used to describe maybe a damaged box, so quite tame, it wouldnt be used to describe a crime really.

In terms of a crime, it basically means assault and bludgeoned. Like the phrase "bashing up" or "bashing someone" is common. Hopefully that makes sense.

Jeez Louise! The one night I go to bed early and I miss all the action! Not only here, but some lunatic tried to blow up a bank right by our house and I slept through it all!

I guess you're more of a sleuther than an eye witness :hilarious:

There is nothing to find, I don't think.

Yes sub judice is an Australian law. Sub judice refers to a mattter before a court or a judge, under judicial consideration and not yet decided. When a matter has yet to be proved or disproved in a court case it is sub judice and unable to be discussed or stated as a fact in public. By not referring to matters that are sub judice, the rights to a fair trial are protected because it ensures that a potential jury is not influenced by misinformation or false claims.

Holdom's previous crimes will not be mentioned in MSM because of the sub judice law. We may also see blurred out images of him because he is innocent until proven guilty. Having said that, if Holdom pleads guilty, there will be no trial. He will be sentenced and locked up and then this thread will explode!

Oh wow! Thanks for that info!! Very interesting. This is my first australian case to follow so I appreciate that insight into the laws and the explanations of why it is so!

You're welcome. If there's anything you don't understand, don't hesitate to ask.

Welfare officials fooled by person impersonating murdered mother Karlie Pearce-Stevenson
PETER JEAN THE ADVERTISER OCTOBER 28, 2015 6:31PM
Pay wall article ... paraphrase

Centerlink payments into Karlies account were stopped in early 2011 because dept officials identified a payment affecting issue.
The suspected murders continued to receive payments for 2 years. Centerlink general manager said.

Des Bray 4:41 of video
" I can tell you the last payment from Centerlink was in 2011.
A large amount of money went into her account that was wages from a person, fraud and other sources.

http://www.heraldsun.com.au/news/na...d/news-story/15bbb42490fb7d23d34c543abe5d6a77

So Karlies payments were cancelled in early 2011 by Centerlink and Des Bray also confirmed they were the last payments Karlies receive from Centerlink.
Her account was last used in March 2012. (12 months only)
But the suspected murderers continued to receive payments for 2 years. hmm
Into their own accounts or I hate to say it ... another victims.
imo

Who did that awesome map of all the locations? Was it crab stick?

How does the sub judice thing work exactly? Like the daily mail is in the uk but posts a lot, would they publish info about him? Like any prior convictions? Or is it mostly respected by other publications even if they are not Australian based?

ETA: also, if there were news articles about any crime he may have committed before are those pulled from the web? Or just not discussed?

You're welcome. If there's anything you don't understand, don't hesitate to ask.

Another follower in the UK here, what does MSM mean? I've seen it posted a few times and still can't fathom out what it stands for! Thank you!

Something I can help with :)

MSM = mainstream media

As in reputable media sources.
