The Judge did not want the media, to report, that EP was at Morwell Police station, during the week, moved via a tunnel to court.
Week ends she was transported back to the Melbourne Prison via the prison van.
To stop photos by media, mattresses, were placed near prison van so EP couldn't be seen.

Channel 7 helicopter will follow the prison van from Morwell Police station to Prison in Melbourne, Ravenhall.
She will be handcuffed.

It has just been stated, that perhaps AFTER 28 years she MAY be parolled.
WOW.

BUT that is going to be the JUDGE'S decision.
I hope, no parole.
We must wait.

Honestly what a nightmare she will be in prison. Everyone will have to be so wary of her. Prison guards included.
OG post is gone, but imagine claiming your innocent about poisoning people, and you are trying to do it whilst awaiting trial. The mind boggles.

Erin Patterson's three words to her best friend as court staff led her down to the cells after she was found GUILTY of murdering her in-laws

Video in link of Ali, the best friend........

Erin Patterson spoke to her friend Alison Rose Prior and said, 'See you soon', after learning her fate.

Patterson was on Monday found guilty of murdering her three in-laws with death cap mushrooms in a beef Wellington that she served them for lunch at her home.

As she was being led back down to the cells by court staff, Patterson made the comment, 'See you soon', to her best friend and supporter, Ali Rose Prior.

"What Happens" to EP's Money & Property, if Convicted?
^@LadyL asked ^

@Eloise Thx for your response which supported my post.

@Eloise I'm calling your post to the attn of @LadyL, who originally posed the question.

I believe the above post by @Eloise provides more relevant info to your question about "What happens" than the previous post by @Eloise (which dealt w other types of a/c's).

Yes, VIC laws authorize confiscation of an inmate's "outside" assets connected to the crime" in some circumstances when the the assets are connected tomthe crime, as posted & linked by @Eloise.
https://www.justice.vic.gov.au/justice-system/fines-and-penalties/asset-confiscation
IDK whether if or how that info is relevant or applicable to EP, if she is convicted.

That's all.
So does that mean she loses her house?

This mass murder event is only the start of how the public know Erin. There is much much much more from her background which the jury never got to see. She's clearly ASPD, IMO.
I was corrected by Ellery earlier for referring to Erin as a mass murderer, but Xanther Mallet - Criminologist, just called her a mass murderer on Channel 7 News.

..... but suppression orders may remain in force.

I guess we will be able to tell by media reporting if anything is under suppression.

imo

One last thought I’ve kept meaning to get down here but my ADHD kept preventing- another thing “oh-so-loving-mum” has thoughtlessly inflicted on her kids, is she’s opened them up to bullying. I really hope all the other kids in their school are nothing but supportive and kind, but certain kids are often not known for their tact and empathy, indeed some will find any “othering” to home in and pick on, two unbelievable incidences from my school days were kids picked on for having a life-limiting disease, one whose parent passed away, and one who was being abused at home. Bullies are ruthless and can make already hurting kids lives hell. Again all my prayers that they are no less than supported and cared for by their peers. But yet more disgust towards this selfish woman who had nothing more than a bruised ego and the unreturned unconditional love from these two innocent young children :(

I'm not fan of Xanthe Mallet, but she is correct in saying she is a mass murderer. IMO

The media appearance I can now definitively call the Aussie version of Chris Watts' appearance on the news pleading for his wife and children's safe return.....

I hope you come back - you seem lovely and very insightful. :)

The thread title has finally been changed to reflect the verdict. So are we still under sub judice?
We can now call her a convicted murderer, a liar, evil, a horrible person and a myriad of other things, but I prefer the term psychopathic.

I'm not a fan of hers either. She thinks that Keli Lane is innocent, but I agree. Erin is a mass murderer.

During visiting hours 🤣

I doubt her 'bestie' is going to drive 2 hours each way to see her convicted mass murderer friend. She'll flee the sinking ship soon enough, IMO.

Erin supposedly pooing by the side of the road and the 9 second bathroom visit seems to be blown out of proportion imo.

Even if Erin did have diarrhoea, it doesn’t convince me that it was caused by ingesting death caps. Diarrhoea can have many causes, anxiety after poisoning your lunch guests could be one.. Compared to the severe symptoms experienced by her lunch guests, having just diarrhoea (while still being able to go about her day) seems almost trivial. So, whether she had it or not doesn’t suggest guilt or raise reasonable doubt in my mind. MOO
One last time I'll comment on this: Erin tried to give herself diarrhea by pigging out on cake, coffee, and a sandwich with chili in it. If you really have diarrhea, coffee is the LAST thing that you want to be drinking. Dr. Rodgers picked up on that as well. Now the world knows of Erin's toileting habits. Wonder if she feels any embarassment from that?
