When one performs a Google search for "[email protected]" there are only several hits – one of which links to an inaccessible pdf hosted on a site in The Netherlands. Perhaps a cluster of followers reside there... and confirmed on his website was a Dutch translation of his work.

At least in the pronunciation of certain words, as I guess he was in England when he stole Simon Kadwill's identity:

'According to investigators, Feltham had stolen the identity of a former associate in the 1990s.'​

And he was approximately in his mid-40s in 2004:

'Kadwill, 45, moved into the rented property in tiny Nannup, Western Australia, with his much younger girlfriend Chantelle McDougall and the couple’s daughter Leela, six, about three years earlier. Their friend, 42-year-old Tony Popic lived in a caravan parked outside the house.'

So that would make him approximately in his 20s when he was still in England.

I know a guy who came by sea to Australia aged 16 from the UK. He still has an English accent. When he visits the UK his friends they reckon he sounds like an Aussie. I wonder to what extent the POI changed his accent if at all.

Actors do it all the time. If he assumed others' identities and was able to disappear without a trace, changing his accent may have been a walk in the park. I think he's a well-practised chameleon from the little I've read. Charismatic, Svengali-like.

My Pop (Geandfather) also emigrated to Australia from England, when he was 18. His accent may have softened but his pronunciation of certain words and favourite idioms are still in use by his descendants today.

His books are all plagiarisms. He would be able to copy n paste one together in a few days, so I wouldn't be surprised if he has a few of them since. The media reports suggested he sold the caravan and car for a bit over 10K and Popic just got a lump sum as well which was withdrawn, so he had a large wad of cash on him when the group went missing. It wouldn't of lasted long for four, but there's no evidence that any more than 1 made it to the Blackcat backpackers and then onto the train. Every trace strongly suggests that they either split up or 3 were deceased before reaching Perth

Probably the former. There's no evidence any of them are alive. There might be another party involved in their disappearance IMO. Someone had to drive them around once they sold up their vehicle and they had to have somewhere to live after they did a bunk on the rental property. Maybe it was a private land deal with a financially desperate local, and when the small group turned up with a wad of cash for the transaction on the property, and it became evident to the seller that no one knew where they are, it could've just got too tempting to do them all in with ratsack and bury them and keep the cash and the property. There are a lot of small hobby farms and weekenders around Nannup. If they're buried on a private property, they might never be found. That's my hunch, and why a closer examination of Sir_Laughs_a_Lot and other locals is warranted IMO. I think Gary would've been found by now if he was alive.

Nannup is one of those southern towns where dope growing is reknowned and nearly magic mushroom country.

It is next door to the town of Balingup which is reknowned for its magic mushroom population. Both traditionally in logging country.

A source of income could have come from multiple areas. Being a criminal I wouldn't put it past him to grow dope somewhere.

There is quite a hippy culture in these towns. There is suckers abound for a cult.

I would ponder a dash over to South Australia too.

There are probably a lot of local people and interlopers up to nefarious activities in the South West who wouldn't want the Police looking into their sources of income. Possibly 1 of them scammed the doomsday cult out of their money and hid the bodies. IMO police should be asking if anyone down there suddenly paid off their debts or were flush with unexplainable cash when they weren't doing so well before.

It's not unusual to hear gun shots in the country even around hobby farms. Old timers bury their rubbish in big holes. Hard to rule out homicide. I would look for a pig farm too...
