One of Gary's followers committed suicide by administering a lethal dose of nembutal a year after the four went missing. She was American Christine M. Parrott.

According to the documentary there was another "Server" who committed suicide the following year. These may be irrelevant facts but it does suggest that the group was well versed in ways to top oneself. Maybe suicide was a subject that was discussed on the yahoo group. Interestingly two of the three 'Servers' visited Gary in AU. Maybe they were donating money from overseas along with the 40 or 50 others.

It would be interesting to learn what legal probs Popic presented to his dad or was it just a ruse.

Here is a better resolution image from the Servers of the Divine Plan (which Pete is keeping an eye on - great work!) A reverse image search bring up many more pages than the original image lifted off a cached version of Gary's old website from 2003. He updated his website over the years and explains why he was locked away all night and asleep all day. Does anyone want to take the dive into the myriad of sites in the hope to locate the conman?

Nice work Froglady. This website http://www.thenewcall.org/ replaced the old westnet hosted site. There are snapshots on wayback machine after August 2007. I can confirm the site is the exact layout to the last known capture of the westnet site in 2003. The only other capture on the internet archive was a different layout in 2002.

Worth a look IMO – whoever ran/runs the site may know something. The last cache was 2016 and not working.

A quick search for the website as a google cache will result in a different can of worms:

I meant to include the word Facebook in my that post and that you are keeping an eye of the FB page of the current Servers of the Divine Plan. If Popic has a head injury or similar I think he can be ruled out. I wonder if he had a licence to drive. Depending the severity of the potential head injury it is likely he is not allowed to drive.

Speaking of cars – I wonder who was driving the car that picked the four of them up in Bunbury after selling Chantelle's car. I presume at least Chantelle and Gary could drive. It's a shame there is not much detail about that car. Where did they go next? The type of car may give us some leads as to where they were potentially going.

Although it can't be ruled out it is unlikely they jumped on a yacht. I've been thinking about his 40 or 50 followers. Some religions demand money like a percentage of one's income. What if Gary had revenue coming in from all over the place. I presume C MCDougall's bank account would show any such activity. He could have been raking in $100k per year from that. Did he have connections to organise a yacht from the Tiwi Islands?

One great escape by sea that comes to mind is the Catalpa and the Fenians. They had major Irish connections from USA and successfully fled whilst working outside of Fremantle Prison. The steamship Georgette chased the Catalpa until they hit international waters and the Catalpa raised the American flag which gave them immunity.

The least successful English attempt to cross the Indian Ocean twice is by a couple of rowers who have set out from Geraldton on more than one occasion to row to South Africa. Albeit a world record attempt they failed twice. Geraldton is often a place where nefarious activities take place. Cocaine has been found washed ashore there which suggests it is a rendezvous point for drug smugglers. I wonder of the Kalgoorlie trip was some sort of 'blue dog' and they went somewhere else in a car. Still doesn't explain the wallets and untouched bank accounts...

The last archived website on the internet archive for the new call I could find was Feb 2012. There are a bunch of website translations at the bottom of the page (flags) which suggests that this site may be hosted by others if not by Gary. It is the same looking webpage from his west net days. There doesn't seem to be much new info on the site besides "NEW The invisible war on humanity" which for what I can work out is an extract from a previous work called "Inner Teachings".
