Cheers! Very interesting she should be having problems with the husband and then go missing...

I keep going 'round and 'round in my head about this...The ONLY information we have so far about "marriage problems" comes from the neighbor's interview. Is this the same neighbor that was the LAST person to see Elisa at 10 PM in bed? :scared:

The letter referring to her mothers palliative care was July 2015

The one about buying her regular medication was November 2016

I'm going to assume the regular medication may have been the contraceptive pill

There is also a letter in The Australian from 16 July 2014:

Jackie Stricker-Phelps says Ian Thorpe should not have earned money for coming out. So now there is a right and wrong way to come out. Less judgment, more love.

I think she's well known around town as being quirky...

She does remind me if a neighbour I had recently who would have no doubt blurted out in exactly the same way!

I knew her phone was missing and going to VM, but didn't know it was turned off since Sat night!
Yes, I've been wondering who took down her fb, and when...
It was cached by google earlier this month - someone posted the cached photo - I'll look for the post...

Her FB page had already been taken down by Sunday evening. It could have been taken down before then, but no later. It may have been taken down by family, to prevent the media/public snooping, however they would have needed to know her password, and it does seem like the last thing you'd be thinking of when your loved one was missing (but not impossible). Or perhaps it was taken down by Elisa herself for any number of reasons, prior to her disappearance. Or perhaps it was taken down by someone else in an attempt to hide incriminating evidence (although we all know nothing is ever hidden for long on FB, even if you delete your account). And if you had someone's phone you wouldn't necessarily need their password to delete/deactivate their account.

edited by me for brevity

first off... :welcome6: to 3liccia.. ... the legal fraternity is notorious for gossip, god bless ' em.. get two barristers together and it's off to the races..

It is interesting to me that this shard of gossip is so particular, in that it portrays Her being fed up with Him and Her calling it quits. And not the other way around.. eg. Him being fed up with Her etc.....

I'm still sitting on the fence however I did notice in the interview with the husband he refers to their children as my kids not our kids or the kids.

"I, and my kids, we just want her to come home. Lisa, if you're out there, can you please just contact us, if anyone's seen anything, please just contact us."

GBC did the same when he rang 000 and stated that he was driving the streets and had his Dad come over to look after my children

Only my 2 bobs worth.

Her husband David and their children had watched the AFL grand final in Melbourne and arrived at Aireys Inlet about 9am on Sunday and reported her missing.

Why would he report her missing so soon? Especially if he thought she had gone for a run / walk the dog. And what happens when you call the Police. Do they say wait X hours then call us back (except missing kids)? Did he go searching first when the phone didn't answer and a few hours had gone by? Did he call people at the house party from the night before? Did he call hospitals? I don't know but like others mentioned earlier, a lot of people and gear was deployed quickly. What don't we know? "If you are out there....". Out where? Hiding and watching this on a TV?

Sorry to refer back to GBC again but he called Police Emergency at 7.15am when Allison was expected to leave the house at 7.00am. The Police were sufficiently concerned to send a vehicle straight up and then re-inforcements were called.

Unless someone has been officially named by LE as a POI or suspect, do not sleuth them. It is against Websleuths TOS.

I think the husband is genuine. My kids and husband went to grand final as well and left poor me at home. Tickets were like gold nuggets . I'm thinking an accidental slip and pup has run home distressed because of this

There was a case on websleuths 3 years ago.. Jeff Boucher went for an early morning jog and didn't return home. Many months later his body was found submerged in water which was ice covered for many months. Accidents do happen.

I would be spending most time looking at the Husband and tracing his movements in the prior 12 hours. We have seen too many times when things are too neat like this that its usually close to home. A number of thing don't add up already.

I keep going back to the dog.

Given he was found alive, I think it was either foul play by someone close to her...they didn't want to (or couldn't bring themselves to) hurt the dog, BUT, they had to create the story that she could have been out walking him so they let him out in the bush somewhere
OR
she has actually had an accident whilst out walking the doggo.

I just think that if she encountered a random psycho whilst out walking they would have no problem in also harming the dog. Most dogs will bark if they think their owners are under attack which could draw unwanted attention.

Or if she went willingly, would she really leave the doggo to run free? The dog she has (I assume) driven 2 hours to the holiday home so it wouldn't be left alone whilst the rest of the family went to football? (assuming they were staying at Surrey Hills property that night)

MOO :moo:
Disclaimer: this is coming from a massive dog lover, so thoughts could be clouded.

April Millsap was murdered while walking her dog, he was not harmed.

He did stay with her body..but then she wasn't abducted

Looks like Aireys Inlet is only 124kmk from MCG not sure why you would not come home after the Grand Final?? 90 minute drive not that far.

Dad might’ve taken the opportunity to have a couple of beers. Double demerits in Vic over the long weekend?

except he, the husband, worked in a major role for a massive hospitality company and is a board member of the aha, he could have easily have got her a ticket.

Sorry but that is wrong. I know plenty of people genuine Richmond supporters in higher up positions than him that could not get to tickets . Believe me
