I cant work out if he is trying to "confess" to something or trying to tell that his dad did it...very strange, i'm sure the police have someone watching what he posts but he seems to be unravelling

I think I understand him. He's hurting. He's been hurt, rejected and abused. Maybe someone's tried to throw him under the bus.
I think he's getting stronger, a little more angry and getting even.

Sometimes it takes one of your children never be happy, always whinge about everything and pull the family unit down.....you've got to stop and concentrate and encourage the children who WANT to succeed.

Or it could have been Karen's house - that's 20 years ago - her daughter is 21 and maybe not his daughter.

It is also around the time his and his brothers business folded.

It's possible that Karen already had/was building the home when their relationship commenced.

Yes, that could be the case. I thought it may have been a house they built together in both names as the home was later transferred into Karen's name. If was her home initially, there would have had to be two transfers, from her name to both and then back to hers again.

I read it as a threat, given a few comments about more to come.

Yup. The reference to guns is massive worry.

Watch out papa.

How has it been determined that this is actually the stepson? And does he live with the dad and stepmom?

I believe him and think it's an interesting insight into the family .. It's disgusting really, but he sounds credible to me and he has a right to be furious at Karen and his father. He should have gone to the police, but victims never do until the damage becomes apparent later on. I feel for the lad.

I totally agree, i believe him too...poor kid :notgood:

I hope the police are watching him, for his own protection...very worrying

A WS'er reported this FB to CS a couple of pages ago.

He must realise he's a survivor and gain strength knowing that.

It's crazy rare to put a Caveat on a tenants house. We've leased shops for decades and I can't think of ever even considering such a move, we have also had tenants get months behind in the rent and let it go on because retail has been tough and you'd rather have someone in there (shop leases are typically 5 years), but eventually you just evict them if it seems the business is not going to recover. I think it's very rare, but perhaps the landlord had been offered the option because the tenants were desperate to stay in business and it was to avoid an eviction.

My understanding is that when you register a company, no one can go after your personal assets. If they were not registered, and trading as sole traders or a partnership then their assets would be at risk if business was bad. Seems crazy they would take this financial risk after having had a failed business in the past. I wonder if gambling is involved. MOO

Unless the house was part of the company if that's how they ran it, either way I guess the landlord felt this was the only chance they had of getting paid!

The home has more than likely been used as security for a business loan. If the house was transferred into Karen's name it seems like it didn't belong to the company.

Interesting new comment from an earlier post re having spoken to undercover police and father ....

Is that about someone accompanying him to the police station?

If all the FB ramblings are true do you think she needed to leave & is too embarrassed to come back? Something like that if true would be enough to leave I think

I really would like to know how old the SS is. He alleges he was 15 when they met & it went on for 7 years. If their daughter is 21 he would have to be well into his 40's which means boris would have fathered him as a teen parent possibly. That's if boris is the father of Karen's DD

Eta. No that can't be as boris is 52

If it is true, what this person is saying, then perhaps the missing person has taken their own life :(

I doubt that. The financial problems seem to be far more pertinent to the case.

So a business loan but they still couldn't pay the rent .. I'm liking this idea of a caveat, next time someone gets behind I might get my lawyer to theaten that one!

(KIDDING!!)

... maybe ...
