The point I was making is that the police would not wait until later in August or within a month (splitting hairs) for a further statement from anyone who was a definite POI.

Well in a way he is.....

Alot of opnions are being formed simply by his dialogue with the media and what some of us have privately seen on FB.

Im not sure if her family/friends silence is to not dignify a response to his ramblings..... or fear that it will draw more attention within the media and expose something...

Either way ..... as she is missing and unable to defend herself against any allegations. ....... it pretty much stinks all round.

I am actually getting annoyed with him.....

Having been abused as a child....My empathy.... for anyone claiming abuse is sky high...

But for me personally he is taking this to the outta limits of human decency.

You dont IMO go out of your way to hurt others ...... worried family and friends ...and dredge up stuff like this in a public areana unless you are mentally ill, psychotic or a straight out liar, with altera motives.

Being the victim of abuse doesn't give the right to behave the way he is IMO.

Ahhhh bring it on........ standing behind...sheilding behind... A BIG IMO...

And as far as his so called supporters Aunt ...and the other one on SM....where are they now?...

I am actually getting annoyed with him.....

Having been abused as a child....My empathy.... for anyone claiming abuse is sky high...

But for me personally he is taking this to the outta limits of human decency.

You dont IMO go out of your way to hurt others ...... worried family and friends ...and dredge up stuff like this in a public areana unless you are mentally ill, psychotic or a straight out liar, with altera motives.

Being the victim of abuse doesn't give the right to behave the way he is IMO.

He annoys me too. I don't even read his personal stuff at all. He needs to work out his issues with professionals. imo

And that is said without disregard for abused children. Children are my absolute highest priority. I just cannot see his point in this, and I wonder why there is no-one to help steer him in the right direction for healing. (Though that is no easy task with an addict.)

With the domestic issues being the highest statistical probability...... that would also include AR .....as he is related domestically.

He's bitter, and not because he was abused IMO, but because he was rejected and cast out.

That's why he wants revenge, because they kicked him out. Whether his allegations are true or not, but personally I doubt they are, much more likely he fantasized about her which led to a series of issues.

I guess it makes it all the more difficult when searching cars for evidence if they were used regularly by both Karen and Borce.
I remember early on in the investigation Police were referring to a 'second site' of significance, was this ascertained to be the river or somewhere else altogether?

Thanks Hybane....... but I'm all good..... it happens to way more people than anyone is aware of....so I am certainly not alone.

This is why I am having trouble with his behaviour. ...... it is not something I have witnessed before. I have followe many cases ....read through the royal commision....my personal experience......Victims ( such a sucky word) ..... have a great deal of stress coming out, expressing what has happend..... but his rants a more like relishing in the opportunity to disclose information.....its just something Ive never seen before........ and it makes it hard for me to be objective....because I know not eveyone fits the same mould.....

He just seems abnormal to what I know, have seen or read of others in similar circumstances. ..

The one thing that gets me..... he was still at home at 27...had been kicked out, allowed back in, kicked out allowed back in...and so fourth...

So I'm thinking this abuse he is claiming...... that so offended him...screwed him up so much.....pained him...
wasn't so bad to be a deterrent to him return home each time.

He was an adult by this time....not a child...

He only moved out of home 5 years ago.......Mmmm......

Something is totally wrong with what he is saying.....

See how that makes no sense whatsoever.

Yes alot of victims grrr with ultimately self medicate.... that is total normal and is recorded in many aricles and studies...

What is abnormal is to "come out" ...for lack of better words......in such a dramatic way.

There is my conflict though...in being objective.... Karen is missing.... if true, the source of his unresolved issues is not there ...where does he go... how does he release..?

So under these exceptional circumstances the reponse may be normal ...... hence me asking where are his supporters now? because I have read that in situations such as this, where the abused have no recourse to engage ....... self harm and worse is possible.

I wish no ill will in anyone...

But am torn too....... because the response as I said seems so foreign.

Puggs, I know about your history and let me just say no child deserves to be abused. I'm sorry you've had to live with the pain.

I don't think AR knows what he's doing or saying. He may be suffering the side effects of long term methamphetamine abuse, ie, reached a stage where he's experiencing 'amphetamine psychosis'. He'll probably be hallucinating when he's high and, as we've noticed in his erratic FB postings, becomes difficult if not impossible to comprehend. Regardless of whether he has anything to do with Karen's disappearance or not, he is a danger to himself and others IMO when he comes down. If someone really cares enough about him to intervene, and he is willing to get help, he needs urgent treatment. If not, he could end up with brain damage or with a serious, long term mental illness.
