One local said definitely not and another said there is.
1) Would there be workers at 10am in the morning at the site?
2) If so would there be rubble at the site, say bricks or lumps of concrete that could be used as a weapon. Someone hiding behind the 6' colour-bond fence.

Thanks emirates. I'm also interested in any building going on near Karen's house. Is the building you referred to as nearing lock-up stage on the vacant block next to Karen's place, shown in the screen grab below?
I'm curious to know if there were any builder's labourers etc. around at the time Karen allegedly went for her walk. I'm sure the police would have checked into this but it's still another avenue to explore.

That vacant block next door could be #21 and #23. It looks wide and long enough to fit a couple of homes on it, judging by the adjoining houses.
Are we sure that the house numbers go up, in that direction? Not down? I haven't google-walked the street.

It sounds to me that both of our posters were correct. A new house has gone up at #19 (½ of vacant block) and there is still vacant land immediately next door at #21 (the other ½ of vacant block).
