Only 2 people would have known what she was wearing that day.

JW said , they went for a walk to let PB calm down when they arrived at Airport Drive, then when they went back she wasn't in the car so they assumed she had walked the short distance to the terminal with her luggage.

That would have been what the 2 of them originally told police when they came calling.

If there is CCTV footage or a witness of the 3 of them in the car anywhere between IGA Gin Gin and heading anywhere toward Bundy, that's the "3 people seen in the car " with PB still alive.

JW statement was, we arrived at Airport Drive and PB "must have left the car with her luggage" because she was gone when we went back to the car.

ONLY 2 people exiting the vehicle, ( JW and TB as per their statement re they got out of the car on Airport Drive)
" we will allege 3 people never exited that vehicle".


Police will allege Pheobe was in a car with her housemates on the way to Bundaberg Airport on May 15, but the teenager never entered the terminal for her flight to Western Australia.

Ok, so maybe no-one left the car near the airport. Maybe PB was allegedly murdered in the car. Easily done if TB was driving, PB in passenger seat and JW in back seat behind PB. JMO. Maybe they kept driving before realising she was dead. I don't really know, and it is difficult to link with quotes from JW and others. We don't know the truth. Who saw what she was wearing? Who saw her walking with her luggage? From what I understand, there are no other references other than from the accused.
 
A Queensland teenager allegedly murdered by her two adult housemates is believed to have died close to where she was last seen carrying luggage to the local airport, court documents reveal.

Police allege Pheobe Bishop, 17, was killed on May 15 soon after being spotted in CCTV on Airport Drive, Kensington – near Bundaberg – the Courier Mail reports.

I personally doubt it will go to trial. I can't imagine either of them to have the brain cells to cope with cross examination given his interview to the Journo

The accused very rarely testifies in his/her own murder trial. It is their right not to testify. They are deemed innocent and allowed a fair trial until proved guilty. It is up to the prosecution to prove their guilt. They don't have to prove their innocence. That is why Sub Judice is so important.
The only way TB and JW will avoid a trial is if they plead guilty or the judge deems they won't get a fair trial or some other technical issues.

And even if it was deemed they couldn't have a fair jury trial, it would move to judge alone trial. So really pleading guilty is the only way there won't be a trial.

But given his previous discussions with media etc, I put him in the Erin Patterson basket.

Erin Patterson chose to testify. Most accused murderers don't testify. They don't have to. Are you thinking the charges will be dropped? Do you think he will plead guilty and avoid a trial?

Just reviewing the crime map again, it seems theres been a lot of activity in the vicinity this year. Two weapons act offences just down the road occurred between TBs first and second (and JWs first) Weapons act offences.

It’s a small rural town I would imagine there would be alot of weapons and a lot of drugs.

No I just cant use my words well enough to explain it in a paragraph. It was easier to make a picture to share and reference the data in the same way.

Without trying to sound too blunt, I wouldn't pay this article much creed. I believe they may be polluting accurate information with unverified hearsay.

"Killed on May 15 on airport drive (or thereabouts) after being spotted on CCTV" is accurate and has been verified."
"Close to where she was last seen carrying luggage" is more than likely speculation based on previously unconfirmed reports.

The courier mail (glorified tabloids in my opinion) most likely has obtained copies of the preliminary Brief of Evidence. This would contain the bare minimum information relating to the initial murder charges (warrants, charge sheet, DNA requests etc.) It wouldn't contain a summary of the event or details of how it unfolded. This level of information would only be attainable from the defence legal team. The charge sheet may very well have the location (or nearest point of relevance) of the offence but witness statements, what was captured on CCTV and details of the offence won't be made available to the media until it goes to trial.

IF JW got out to "get drinks " at the IGA, it is very possible that maybe Pheobe may have got out too for some reason, eg grabbed something at the IGA , and seats were swapped.

By all accounts the tension that morning was huge and only escalated as things went along. PB was said to be feisty by her family and no push over by all accounts

JW its been alleged has a history of DV

It could be possible that TB used that makeup bag to give a whack to PB to maybe shut her up ? TB looks like she has enough weight behind her to really swing a throw. JMO

IF the makeup bag was used by TB at some point in the journey to hit PB with and it caused blood to stain it, then it's possible they had to dispose of that too.

He said PB had the makeup bag , because she had time to do makeup in the Brisbane airport toilets.

Maybe with them all going off at each other since 5am that morning , TB whacks her with the makeup bag to shut her up causing harm to PB and JW finishes the deed ?

IMO Wood may be devising stories around (among other things) the sweat pants and the make-up bag (these stories are centred on Pheobe being in need of help and he/Bromley have been able to come to the rescue in a way) that result in those two items being brought into the scene, so to speak. The sweat pants belonged to him so if there’s his DNA for example on them it may be explanable. And the make-up bag may have belonged to Bromley who could have touched it in the care so of course any trace of DNA could be explained away.

Nomes (now deleted) profile on tiktok said he was driving up and down Milden St on May 16 looking for an IGA, and he happened upon a power pole fire right outside their house. Marvel Mishaps on tiktok also took footage on his phone TikTok - Make Your Day

Yes, on tiktok. Nomes footage showed the power pole on fire with the Hyundai parked outside but no emergency power services yet. But in this footage from Marvel Mishaps the Hyundai is gone, and emergency power people are there. I'm so curious why Nomes account is gone
