Is JW also charged with murder or did he (allegedly) assist TB ?
They are both charged with murder and 2 x intefering with corpse. As well as unrelated weapons charges.

Wonder if they'll turn on one another or both stay silent?

" 'On 12 June 2025,
a banning order was made...
prohibiting Tanika Kristan Bromley
from being involved in providing NDIS supports or services to NDIS-funded participants',

the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission said.

The banning order
took effect on June 13
for a period of six months
and in all states and territories of Australia."

“Bromley and Wood have not entered pleas and are being held in jail on remand until their next court appearance on August 11.

A criminologist told Daily Mail Australia they would have to be housed in protective custody in order to prevent acts of 'convict justice' being carried out on them.“

They will be asked to enter pleas at their committal hearings on 11 August.

Six months?

How did someone with fire arms offences have a licence in the first place and how does the current situation not have her struck off for life?

The fact that they are/were in danger of "convict justice" pleases me no end!

They're far safer in prison than they were on the streets IMO.
Also far cleaner, probably, unless they're sitting in their own faeces in some sort of dirty protest.

I guess there are some procedures to follow.

I guess it takes time for paperwork to be filed but what if she was out in the community awaiting trial ? Would there have been a more urgent filing process?

"If a banning order is issued pending the determination of charges, the NDIS Commission’s practice is for the banning order to apply for a period sufficient to allow the charge to be determined. Once the charge is determined, the Commissioner will then consider whether the banning order should be varied, for example to specify a longer period."

6 months? 6 MONTHS??
She'll likely still be rotting in a prison cell in 6 months time. I'm hoping she's struck off for life.

Procedures!

TB has not been found GUILTY yet.
A poster above explained this situation perfectly.

I get it, you have to follow procedures and all that. One would hope in due course she may be struck off the register for good, if found guilty of any of the charges against her.

Dear Pheobe’s funeral today. Thoughts and prayers to Pheobe’s family and friends. A most tragic loss.
