The friend says that Wood and Bromley and broken up prior to Pheobe’s disappearance.

Wood moved into a bus on the rubbish-strewn property while Bromley and Mittelheuser continued living in the house and allegedly formed a relationship.

The friend says she recalls that on May 17, two days after Pheobe’s disappearance, Wood, Bromley and Mittelheuser all went out for dinner at a local pub.

She claims that Bromley and Wood had a “big fight” in the smoking area."


So apparently James was the one living in the bus?

I thought it was said during Tanika's bail hearing that she was living in the bus?

It looks like a big house but apparently it is only a 3 bedroom. I remember it was said that Tanika & James had only moved in at the end of 2024. So they weren't living there long before James went to live in the bus. I wonder why?

Also, if this is true, Tanika and James had split, and Tanika got together with, and was living with Kieren. Yet Tanika & James are the ones charged with killing her, moving the body, and Kieren was only charged as being involved after the fact with the phone & debit card?

This doesn’t sound like the ideal environment for a 17 year old girl, does it?

Yes, that is so strange. I understand some information might not be released for tactical or privacy reasons, but it doesn't make sense to me for them to name just those two from the beginning?

Please remember that Pheobe's mom is not on trial here. Whether your approve of her parenting or not, as the mom of a deceased child she is a victim and isn't up for bashing or trashing at Websleuths.

That's like they said drugs weren't involved, highly probable when you look at Mittelheuser, and he was living in the house.

Another thing is, if you look at Pheobe's room pics released by the media, you'll notice fingerprinting powder on parts of the bed and the bed coverings missing, which is what they test for if LE think there's been a SA.

The police can’t prove a witness statement is inaccurate unless it’s part of a court proceedings, and even then they can’t prove it’s inaccurate. IMO

The part I was referring to was PB being harmed at the house. It was CCTV footage not a witness statement that showed her alive near the airport the morning of her disappearance. We have already been through this earlier in the thread.

I still believe Phoebe was harmed at the house. There is no cctv footage of her alive at the bmx track . There is no police statement available saying she was seen alive at the bmx track. Now that Mittelhueser has been added to the "housemates" it seems obvious that the 3 of them hatched a plan . As they were all stupid is as stupid does this plan has not worked out for them. IMOO

A media spokesperson asks when she was last seen alive and the detective answers near the BMX track on the morning she went missing

Does it mean this new guy M. was not mentioned earlier
because he was not in the car with still alive Pheobe?

His name popped up only when it was discovered that it was him who tampered with the victim's phone and a bank card.

He was not a suspect earlier
although he seemed to live in this house.

Maybe some other people lived there also.
Neighbour said there were noisy parties on the property.

Plus I'm still convinced that it is Pheobe who is visible in the back seat of the car in the released photo (which I currently can't find But I think we likely all remember it - it was a big discussion at the time)

Because I have no idea what Pheobe looked like at time of her disappearance, I’m not convinced the visible person is her.

IMO, they have very dark, short ‘boyish’ haircut & the sunglasses could be worn by male or female.

IMO it's impossible to see and one would need numerous other still images of the vehicle passing cameras at different angles - esp bearing in mind we don't know what colours and types of clothing PB or anyone in the car was wearing at the time.

I can't find this anywhere. All I can find is 3 people were in the vehicle and no one exited the vehicle.
