I wouldn't base all your sleuthing on that. They have known to be misquoted before, and we have indications otherwise. Better to keep an open mind.

Yes, I think this too. Also, police keep it pretty close to the vest a lot of times, especially if they are still looking at other angles/suspects/matters.

Detectives will allege they can trace Boscaino and Dyball’s movements via a *series of CCTV cameras and hits on phone towers in the days following Mr Thompson’s disappearance.

On March 7, a CCTV camera near Boscaino’s home caught the Mustang pulling into the Bald Hills property where it stayed for several hours.

I had wondered where the Chrysler was parked when Sam pulled up at RB's? Maybe in the pub car park? Or maybe he saw it out front as no cause for alarm. On a news video it said police believe Sam was assaulted just inside the gate on the driveway. So it was either just as he got there or as he was leaving. The fingerprints on that gate will tell much about the comings and goings at RB's if the rain hasn't done too much damage.

I've wondered this, too. But I then wondered if AD and the Chrysler came later, perhaps even after ST died? Because in one of the police appeals about information about the Chrysler, they were asking if anyone saw the Chrysler around Bald Hills on the 7th. And that was about a week before arrests were made, so I thought they must have had a notion on RB and just wondered how/Where the Chrysler and its owner fitted?

Dyball had to be involved from the start because otherwise he wouldnt have a murder charge. Where his car was though only the cctv will show.

I'd think the second one? The first looks like a mesh door and the door ST drives out looks solid? Also the door ST drives out looks like it has a fire exit alongside which is not visible in the first picture? Is this the Jade Apartments? They look similar?

My iPad is nearly flat. I think the news video on Friday describing the driveway attack was Brisbane Times or Queensland Times. Part of a normal Story about the body ID. Just google Samuel Thompson news, or I will find it later.

Yes I saw this too. And there was quite a lot of print dust on the gate in a photo someone posted on here so maybe the driveway theory has legs. And if it's a concrete drive, acid would be useful in attempting to remove any organic residue.

It is understood Mr Thompson was the victim of an unrelated robbery at his home last year when men with guns broke in, assaulted him and stole a collection of watches and his distinctive orange Ford Mustang.
http://www.couriermail.com.au/news/...k=52320be1adb5042fe135e9a387a440aa-1491626663

There's CCTV of the robbery. I'd encourage you to watch it. The entire theft (if the video is unedited) is less than 5 seconds from entry to exit. With what appears to be the LV bag, with seemingly all the many other associated items (there was many, for example, I think at least five high end watches still in boxes) hats, loafers. A lot to pack in a bag in a few seconds and make off with while assaulting someone?

The article with the video also only says threatened, not assaulted. It's noted in the video the burglar even turns off the outdoor light as he exits, even after only being inside for a few seconds? And one of them didn't wear gloves. And held the bannister at length and in many places. So if it were AD or RB they mustn't have had their fingerprints on file then? And they would by now, so if they were the burglars, the police would know by now?

The video also shows ST in the street raising his t shirt up over his head. For what purpose? To steal something under it?

The burglars were armed, no dispute there.

I do feel as though you've taken some sort of exception to me. I could add a lot more on the ST topic but frankly one of the reasons I don't is your somewhat rude response to every little thing I say that doesn't fit your personal narrative.

Edit: eight watches, loafers, two hats, a wallet and bag.

It's not the Jade. I think it's the Rive apartments if it's the one I'm thinking of. They are pet friendly which would fit as ST had Kodie and not all apartments allow pets :)

Oh, was Kodie his dog's name? I didn't know that. Much love to him (I assume that's a boys name but I could be wrong). He'll be in mourning too, poor thing :sigh:

Thank you for sharing what you know, Marples. Much appreciated.

FYI, I went and looked at msm articles and found that info. and posted a link for you. Again you are welcome to attack my post but leave me alone. If you have a problem with me take it up with one of the mods. I am free to post information here as i please and as is everyone else.
Maybe you should blame the media. Now just stop!

I'm not attacking anyone or anything. I never said your linked article didn't say assaulted. I simply said the article that accompanied the video of the burglary did not say assaulted. It's also noted ST's FB post about the burglary did not mention an assault.

They alleged the 300c was tailing. With such distinct plates if he was up to no good dont you think he would remove the plates or switch them seeing as everyone portrays him to be such a bad 🤬🤬🤬??
The 300c has not been mentioned as to wherebouts at the time like they did with the Mustang being parked for hours out the front of Boscainos.
