i know in earlier reports it was mentioned that there were two 'grandsons" raised by their grandmother. And we assumed included TK.

That could have been TK and one other.
Or it could have been the two bio grandsons.

i assume it will be clarified eventually.

What I was wanting a link for was this: PW was referring about her oldest biological grandson who had a mental illness.

That is one thing I wanted to ask the doll collector contingent... What happens when one becomes bored with a doll?. or.. the doll, inert though it is, quite blameless, you suddenly 'take against it'.. No body has mentioned this aspect.. Does one keep every darn doll one ever bought, or was given?? .

And how are dolls... . what would be the word here, .. recycled? reborn?? re jected? returned..??

I still have 2 dolls that my grandfather gave me, but I'm not about to tell you my age Trooper. Let's just say I have 4 grand-children, 3 of them girls.:) They're only very small dolls and not meant for very young kids. By the time they could safely play with them, they were only interested in tablets. These dolls are packed away, no-one sees them, not even me, but I just can't bring myself to part with them. Call me sentimental.

But he didn't discard his other dolls, so why would he discard his real life doll? I definitely do not think TK would have ended CS' life.

I don't think he planned for the future. He obviously couldn't keep her locked away for very long but I don't think he'd given that aspect any thought at all.

I think he did the 6am post as a looking over his shoulder basically he has the girl and may be worried under cover cops may try add him as he doesn't know if he has got away with it yet (but doesn't want to miss out on a friend request especially if its a younger person), also he is probably on a power trip as he has the girl and is feeling popular in his own mind, honestly I can't imagine who would be trying to add him apart from himself
We don’t know enough about his thought processes, he might even have been addressing other personas he’d created in his fantasy world

9 News Perth - Police investigating if C.S’s accused abductor had an accomplice | Facebook

Apparently police suspect TK had once visited the blowholes to sell cannabis. Interesting news update.
IMO
Fully speculating here but let’s say TK was doing a drug run to the Blowholes that night. Those he was delivering to would not likely report his presence there in the case they’d get charged for buying drugs? Wow imagine they had; she’d surely have been found earlier. If the drug buyer had suspected TK was the abductor a million dollar reward would surely outweigh a cannabis charge ? Just thinking out loud.

I only managed a brief nosey on the FB profiles before they were pulled. On the post about not wishing to add people he didn’t know, he mentions he checks his profile several times throughout the day, so is clearly an active user. This leads me to believe that some of his content was private, to be viewed by friends only.

It’s interesting the public content is around internet safety and anti-paedophile rants etc, posts he actively allowed anyone who came across his profile to view, possibly to project the ‘harmless family man who cares very much about protecting children’ persona ?

I have a feeling the social media only scratches the surface, that his private posts and indeed his private life are more bizarre than we are imagining

RE his ‘adopted’ childhood, he was parented by a woman noted to have endured significant traumatic experiences throughout her own life. How did this impact on her parenting? She was essentially tasked with providing ‘re-upbringing’ for a child who had already experienced a lot of loss and disruption during his then mere 2 years of life.

I'm the same, although I'm no Judge Judy, more of a Judge...John.

Regardless, around 20 years ago, I bought my daughter probably half a dozen porcelain dolls, (boxes have been damaged for those who collect).

More for display than play, but even though she has no interest in them now at mid 20's, no way could i part with them.

Sentimental, sure, bit sometimes, memories is all we have to hold on to.:(

Detectives trying to establish whether other people involved in alleged abduction

Police say they are trying to determine if more than one person was involved in the alleged abduction of four-year-old CS, who was missing from a family camping trip for 18 days before being found in a Carnarvon house.
“The focus this week is for us to ascertain if there was anyone else involved that’s why we’re still here,” Detective Senior Sergeant Cameron Blaine said.
He called for anyone who had contact with C’s alleged abductor, TDK, to come forward.

Meanwhile, police remain at the home where CS was found with detectives visiting the scene on Monday.
On Sunday they continued to load brown paper evidence bags into two forensic vehicles parked at the taped-off crime scene.

This is normal police procedure but IMO TK operated alone.

Such an intriguing case.

A young child abducted from a tent! So rare that the interest generated from the general public (and Media), is off the charts.

Young child, found alive after 18 days! Not unheard of, but extremely rare. Sure, many have been held captive longer, and been found. Probably not at that age though and definitely not so much in Australia.

TK's obsession with dolls. Anyone else involved? Motives? The list goes on and on.

I have no interest in the personal details, I'd rather not know the horrors she endured, but, I would like to learn more about the motives, state of mind of TK.

Are we talking about a living Doll he wanted, SA, trafficking? None of us know, we can only speculate.

I hope (and they appear to be), that LE do the most thorough investigation into this case.

No doubt TK had a less than normal upbringing, despite the best intentions of his carer.

Was he already damaged goods though? Was this situation inevitable? Maybe not with C, but someone, somewhere?

Not necessarily a good indication of his temper.

You have to consider the cultural divide in these communities. Indigenous have ordinarily been primed to hate the police, and are the most non-compliant of all racial groups when arrested. They more often than not flee upon arrest, and more often than not try to self harm if held in any type of confinement.

Secondly, you must consider that he has been separated from his security (the dolls) and he is about to be exposed for his 'weird' vocational activities and he knows it.

These things alone would cause the aggression you see.

Given that he got to 36 without any charges for any victim or violent specific crimes - in particular DV or property damage, etc. You can probably assume he doesn't have a problem with anger generally.
Thank you, I didn't consider those points.

I suppose the public hope to see some kind of remorse from a perpetrator (especially if it involves a child) however the opposite seems to be the norm especially if there are elements of psychopathic behaviour - not that I'm suggesting that applies in this crime. JMO

The burning question for me is how much if anything as he admitted..nothing at all or as he tried to explain why he would do it if so

I imagine CS has been spoken to by the appropriate professionals (police, child psych etc) by now to determine her recollection of events, perhaps she remembers seeing other person(s) too? Hence the sudden focus on the possibility of others being involved?

Only for 20 minutes a day apparently.
