You would think so.

I hope the UMO was also tested by forensics - if he has scratches there should be something for them to find on it (whatever it is)

I know this has been discussed at length...

but IT is still hard for me to comprehend a son continuing to record communication with his father....after such a horrendous event....

If the convo was "innocent"..... Then it may be somewhat understandable...

but Son is helping to throw Dad "under the bus"....while Dad is not helping the cause at all...

there is a deceased young woman... And the priorities evident in the recorded messages are hard to accept...

again... I am confounded.....and am having a hard time reconciling the family dynamics here...

:thud:

All... JMO...

Obviously GT is the normal one and we're out of touch old geezers, SA. Not trying to brag, but I'm known as quite the vixen Bingo nights at the Elks Lodge. I think my orthopedic shoes and support hose really scream "I'm single and ready to mingle while dying alone with my cats! Ow my neck! My back!"

:floorlaugh: :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh:

Oh, Snoods .. you old websloot. :hilarious:

You, too, Clue.:Banana1:

Okayyyy... I am dying here..... :silly:

Orthopedic shoes and support hose at the Elk's Club....

I always hate it when you become the competition!

Just remember.... I can twerk better than anyone.... Unless I am in traction!

:laughcry:

:floorlaugh: I know whenever you start twerking I may as well have the nice orderly wheel me to my room. That's your "for sure" move that always works with the fellas, darn you!

Then I eat an entire pizza and cry into the empty box. :HHJP: Who says we're old and boring now, huh?

ETA: Old Websloot! Bahaha! I wear the name proudly!

A bit off topic. When I fly with one particular Captain he will always says that we need to get back to Melbourne so the old flightee can get back in time before the nursing home shuts. He also has a zimmer frame that he keeps in the coat cupboard at work and brings it out and stashes it on board everytime we work together. BOTOX PLEASE !!!!!

BBM

"Male: “I didn’t cause this, like I didn’t push her. There are a million cops in the area.”

Dad: “I’ll come and get you OK?”

Male: “It is really (expletive) up. I am like at Dominos. Dad, like this is not my fault.”

3.25am: Call continues ... “I don’t know, like I tackled her on my floor inside the building and I never forced her over the balcony.”

Dad: I am sure you wouldn’t, mate.”"

"I tackled her on my floor" and "this is not my fault" really don't belong in the same sentence...

That's hilarious! You are now officially an "old websloot" too! Meetings are every Tuesday at 4 pm, so everyone can get home by their 6 pm bedtime.

Oh my gosh stop! I'm dying here! :laughcry:

How about at last week's Karaoke night when I wrestled the mic away from the MC and screamed "Today is my cat Mr. Whisker's birthday! I knitted him a scarf!" Guys love it when I talk about my cats!

Okay I'll stop now lol

Ooooh Snoods, I have a bumble bee outfit for my British Bulldog.

Elected his right to silence? Then why is he all over the internet trying to convince us otherwise?

I wish he would be silent...

It's a fair bet that daddy Tostee, the rescuer and protector, is older than any of us websloots.* Yet Gable is inserting "like" into his sentences when talking to his dad - as if he is talking to a 13 year old girl. A dumb 13 year old girl.
I don't get the dynamic between these two.
*Not that I am saying that age closes or opens your mind, it is just that some of the rotating little voices that come on here like to generalise and categorise, with prejudice.

I can't see how this guy is ever going to be charged with murder, never mind found guilty.

I can maybe see a case for some sort of manslaughter charge, but even then I think it's a stretch.

I'd say what we have here is a case of two young people, very drunk, with a very strange dynamic for want of a better phrase, I don't think either of them sound very stable and they both made terrible decisions that night, and of course we know ultimately the worst decision was for W to try and climb down the balcony.

I agree that the way GT acted after the incident looks terrible, but there's plenty of people who believe that you should always seek legal advice in a situation like this, maybe his parents have always told him, "don't speak to the police before speaking to a lawyer", as we know he's had more than one run in with the law, so I'm sure this played a part.

And I would likely agree with you, arich666, if Warriena had still been laughing during the last 5 mins of her life.

But, as we know, she was screaming in terror for her life, instead.
