I've never claimed any legal acumen.. I am a retired nuclear physicist, and microarchitect, I didn't have time to muck about with a law degree as well, and besides,, it doesn't pay that well.

fairy dust, This is because I find GT a more interesting case study in personality disorder.

And I did actually have 'one' thing to say about Rrie in my post, I said she was drunk and disorderly.

he really is an interesting case study.. I don't know what it is costing him to walk thru that alley of press people every day, . he is suffering doing that, it is so obvious.. . . . . a very lonely person, but unable to function to the degree his aspiration provokes him to want. ... .. Prison may be not so awful for him, at least he wont be lonely, so to speak.. it might make a difference..

heh. of course, it might make him very uncomfortable too, and that's ok.

Well let's hope so Susan!

When its edited to next clip of him leaving apartment building, the metal stick is not visable.

Mods I've been off the forums a while, so hopefully I post this properly.

am very interested to see what else comes up in this trial, there is certainly a few things that have peaked my interest, such as the walk Toastee takes through the adjacent park after fleeing the scene & the time he takes. Is there any bins in that park? I'm sure LE would have been all over it.

The missing pillow case (might be significant?).
Victim sounds like she is choked, was an item used?

I just saw this in MSM and does anyone know what Tostee might be holding as he exits building into what looks like garage?? Looks long and perhaps metal?

Also a good spot.. what could it be? Why take it with him, in that moment?

iirc, he says on the tape, "those are fake".. referencing some kind of decorative weapon? may be wrong there..

slap me silly and call me Susan.. it looks like a bit of the telescope...

Now wasn't his car in the basement. What else was he doing down there?

Well, it sure doesn't look like a phone, as reported earlier, now that we see the item. If that is what this old article is referring to.

CCTV footage obtained by police allegedly shows Tostee in the building foyer soon after the tragedy.

Police will allege he hid behind a pillar as police surrounded Ms Wright’s body and can be seen pacing backwards and forwards.

He then allegedly got back into the lift, rode to the basement and left the building.

CCTV cameras allegedly recorded him carrying what appeared to be a phone. Police will allege they later found three mobile phones in a car in the Avalon basement.

Could it be a carpet laying tool? Was he afraid of being mugged in the carpark at 2:25am? Maybe there were cases of cars being broken into or other ongoings in the basement late at night? Or on the street? Could he have slid it down his pants when he was walking .... somehow?

I had to look up microarchitect. I was hoping you designed tiny little houses, bit disappointed to find that's not the case.

....and......she agreed to met up with him etc. I guess that is what Tinder is......a 'hook up' (pick up) site. Beats Pubs I suppose. There is no suggestion he ever compelled her at any stage and she was quite obviously a very willing participant, as is her right as an adult.
You're unusually defensive of this alleged murderer. He is clearly a real creeper, and this was just a matter of time. Who records their dates without consent? Disgusting.

Telescopic back scratcher?

Is there some kind of chain swinging? It looks like it, could be just afterimages of motion.

And there's a reason I ask this.

Does anyone know what evidence has been presented regarding the direction of Warriena's dangling feet? I am sure I recall reading in the news at the time that the neighbour below saw her feet pointing outwards. Listening to the audio, and considering how quickly she fell, I think Warriena was most likely put put over the balcony and left hanging there by Tostee, who went inside knowing she would fall and intending to claim he was inside so he could not possibly be responsible for her death. Why didn't she call out to neighbours for help?because she was clinging on for life. This explains why Tostee told his father he didn't push her. Because he didn't. I don't understand why police have not alleged this. Am I missing something?

2.15am: Male states I think you are kidding but you are not. Go on right now.

Could someone connect the dots and do a quick catch up for me.
I have read that since first meeting that they had purchased liquor and were in his apartment within ten minutes?

I understand the CCTV footage and tinder correspondence but with all the word for word discussion that took place like in the link above I quoted, it is like a tape recorder recorded the entire date and what was said.....or is much of it speculation/tabloid gossip?

TIA

There has been witness testimony that her feet were pointing inwards, and other witness testimony that her feet were pointing outwards.

I think both are possible, depending on the way she was trying to manoeuvre herself. They could have been pointing outwards as she was sitting on the ledge getting ready to turn around and drop down, to reach the balcony below. Then when she did drop down, she could have had them pointing inwards, to try to swing herself down and onto the balcony below.

Tostee recorded the whole thing. I have a copy of the recording, I am sure someone did a full (and accurate) transcript back on one of the older threads. Anyway, yes, it's real and verbatim.
