It is self evident that is incorrect. She did not die of poison and her blood alcohol reading was nowhere near dangerous levels.

You'll have to clarify that, as it makes no immediate sense to me.

Tostee was entitled to get her out of his home, but he didn't. He didn't evict her into the common hallway, he locked out on the extension of his home, his balcony. No way can that be described as getting some one out of your home. You , and I , are not entitled to lock people up on your balcony that has no escape except back into the living areas.. So we can dispense with that furphy for all time, that one isn't going to work..

Nope yet again. He is entitled to defend himself from a violent attack and prevent its repetition. He did so in a most moderate manner by isolating and neutralising her out on the balcony. What happened after that was all her choice.

they can request the tape and transcript , I believe.. however, that said, they cant keep it while they deliberate for days,.. I would presume they ask for it, listen to it, then return it. Can they ask for it again? I think so. what I mean is they cant have it playing like a loop for days..

He put a screaming and, according to some irrational woman, on his balcony at 2.20am. Did he think she would all of a sudden become a quiet mouse?

Was he going to bed and leave her out there all night without a phone, water or anything?

He did almost exactly that. He removed her as a threat, de-escalated what he could have finalised with retaliatory physical violence inside the Unit. He acted with appropriate restraint and moderation. He had no time to do much at all, given she began climbing over the balcony virtually immediately. Her choice. Not his, or one a person could reasonably anticipate.

We all know the amount of great sleuthing that goes on here at Websleuths but in this particular case there was no sleuthing needed whatsoever. Tostee handed the evidence to all and sundry with his 'secret tape'. No need to sleuth this idiot at all. Even his past demeanors were splashed all over MSM.

Irrespective of the outcome of this trial, Tostee's life will never be the same again. If he is acquitted, his life will still be hell on earth. A form of prison in itself. Whether he goes to jail or is free to walk among the public, IMO it won't be too long before he stuffs up again. It's just a matter of time really.
