From what I have read, it suggests that BS was set up and not actually arrested

"Mr Spedding was arrested in 2015 for unrelated child sex offences"
.... or jailed for those alleged charges. Do you have a link stating otherwise?

"Whitegoods repairman Bill Spedding, 63, has been in jail since his arrest in April but his matter is listed for a bail application before the NSW Supreme Court on Monday, June 15."

No, he was charged with the rape of two little girls. Extraneous charges. Which, for all anyone knows, could be a similar situation to the charges of alleged assault and 'lying/misleading'.

No need to link again the ABC claim that the CC hearing is to do with William's disappearance. A member has asked the relevant journo why they said that ... AFAIK no response has been received.
He was acquitted of the charges in 2018.

"The photographs, tendered as exhibits to the inquest into his disappearance, show William with his foster grandmother and older sister surrounded by books and toys on the veranda of the Kendall home from which he vanished.

He can be seen playing with dice and leaning forward in his Spider-Man suit.

The five photographs, which include the iconic last one of him “roaring” for the camera, were shot over two minutes and 39 seconds.

But the first three, in which William is photographed from more of a distance, were taken within a 23-second period, allegedly by William’s foster mother.

For the next two photographs, the foster mother appears to have been crouching down in front of William, who is captured with his left hand on his left knee and what appears to be dice in his right hand.

Fifteen seconds later, he is roaring into the camera"

JMO - Note the white neckline in each of these photos;
......... as opposed to NO white neckline in the iconic photo of William:

As l said the coroner is not questioning it. They are the words of the “journalist”.

If you zoom in there’s no white neckline it’s just his neck.

That is very odd.

Allowing for the possibility that the FFC altered the time to suit Australian time, it should have read 9.39, not 9.37.

What happened to the missing 2 minutes?

The Coroner is not questioning it? But they were.

Have you heard the results?

If he is guilty of that, then it's unforgivable. However, it doesn't automatically mean that he is guilty of doing anything to William.

How many paedophiles again were living in and around Kendall?

I was replying to a comment saying fm “allegedly” took the photo

JMO - That would be inherent in questions in investigations into the metadata by an Expert Analyst.

Very good observation Couldbe. There’s not a stitch or speck of white on his collar in the “iconic” photo. His collar is red with blue underneath. Imo I’ve always thought the pictures of William with his sister will be what cracks this case wide open. Along with many other things. Too many inconsistencies for me to count. Moo

Well, there is really no way to gauge that. But it is an interesting dynamic that those who feel the FP are involved, feel that the previous two investigations into them were lacking.

To me, if there is no indictable proof then there is no indictable proof to be found.

The Coroner seems to have done her last bit of checking on that (I think). Likely to allay others suspicions. imo

Is the third investigation into FM lacking also, if the police don't come up with an indictable offense with regard to William's disappearance?
No the third investigation into ffc isn’t lacking one bit imo. This time around I feel like they’re finally zooming in on the obvious consistencies that they should have been focused on from the very beginning. Better late than never imo

Maybe that's the lie to the Crime Commission?

"Police investigating the Tyrrell case had found out the claims through a tip to Crime Stoppers, soon after William was last seen at his foster grandmother's home in Kendall."

What a way to cause a diversion and have heads turn a different way. Moo

I do see some kind of white in the neckline. However I don’t know enough about the resolution and quality of pics Etc. What I do notice is the quality difference between the pics with the white on the neckline compared to the “iconic”photo.

Is it really something like an undershirt or could it just be some kind of lighting issues in a pic that doesn’t look high definition?

Again my knowledge of this stuff is very limited but i would love to know if anyone with more knowledge can shed a light on it?

edit to add everything else in the background seems to match up, such as the placing of williams sister and FGm, and paper, water bottle etc.

I googled these pics before to get a clearer view. When you can see them individually, the white bits that you can see in these smaller is actually just skin

I agree, I saw better quality pics that appear to be the same pics with the white neckline and it doesn’t seem to be there imo, moo.
