In your opinion maybe. Still baffling to me. SorryIt wouldn't be so baffling if it was part of a covert police plan ... to secure search warrants for TJ & PB's cars.

Fortunately for the Speddings their alibi build was accurate, proven and relevant to LE and they are getting on with their life.Reposting this:

NO matter how much a lot of folk want him to be a suspect...he isn't.
Per yourpost Kate M....Neithor is anybody else.
Elizabeth Rowley gave evidence in the open inquest IIRC??? Mainly about FA ... what car he drove, and what he had tried to sell her etc....and other informationWe did think that one could possibly be a police officer's wife, who also ran a local shop. As we were not sure what shop the mystery man (who asked for directions to Batar Creek Road that morning) had visited.
yes sorry kate I meant only she is the POI. nobody else outside of her as per your postThe FM is the POI, sorry.
i was agreeing with you sorry for not being clear! If you have a link to say that the FM is not a POI, kindly post it.

Antique dealer Elizabeth Rowley on Thursday said the former owner of a scrap metal business later approached her to speak about Abbott's past, telling her he may have "got off a murder" and he "may have been responsible for someone going missing before".
"Did Dooley tell you - based on those things and the timing of the trip to Tamworth - that it may be related to William's disappearance?" counsel assisting the coroner, Gerard Craddock SC, asked.
"Yes ... he wanted me to tell my husband," Ms Rowley replied, adding her husband was a police officer.

Tyrrell inquest told of 'dead human smell'
Frank Abbott said police were looking in the "wrong spot" for William Tyrrell and told locals he'd smelt...www.begadistrictnews.com.au
Local antique dealer, Elizabeth Rowley, said Abbott used to come into her business trying to sell bits and pieces.
Also from the same article
The inquest continues tomorrow with a police officer to give evidence alongside two women who are using pseudonyms.
hopefully her health status was verified independently and not just accepted as perhaps suggested by the fcs?Maybe she was unwell. Maybe she was deemed a unreliable witness as they could prove her version of events that morning were not as it happened IMO ie when the MFC left etc. It was said many times thru the inquest ( by police as well ) that he left just before 9am.
Also he didn't sit & have breakfast with the rest , that was also said at the inquest, hence the FGM saying he was not there, he was preparing for his meeting, having had breakfast before the others from memory.
This is the only article that now refers to FM as a "former POI" ..... that I am aware of...If you have a link to say that the FM is not a POI, kindly post it.
This has been discussed before. I think you'll find that the ABC was playing it safe by saying that. No other media source has said that the FM was a POI for a period of time last year. Until I hear differently from LE, she is still a current person of interest IMO.This is the only article that now refers to FM as a "former POI" ..... that I am aware of...
Although the foster mother was initially ruled out as a suspect, she became a person of interest for a period of time last year.

William Tyrrell's foster mother to plead not guilty to misleading crime commission
The 56-year-old is accused of giving false evidence during a hearing into the disappearance of William Tyrrell from his foster grandmother's home in 2014.www.abc.net.au
I thought they were referring to her possibly suffering from dementia by the time the inquest came about.Yes, where did the idea that FGM had dementia come from? I’ve never been able to find it out.
The lady in the walkthrough did not appear either physically or mentally impaired. She seemed very well for her age.
She seems to have been a keen newspaper reader. Interested in the world and her community.
I don’t understand why her version of events was so readily dismissed. That aspects of her recount contradict that of the foster carers should have been a red flag.
I think you are thinking of ER SA, she had an antiques shop in Kew, where FA would try & sell stuff to her.I think one of the officer's wives worked in a cafe in Kew? imo
(Am looking for a link to substantiate that. If I find it, I will post it. At the moment it is just a vague memory.)
An acquaintance of Abbott and Porter's, Iris Northam, told the inquest that Porter had previously lived at the Kendall showground.
'Ray would often take Frank (Abbott) into Kew for a coffee,' she said.
'Sometimes Ray would drive Frank in from Heron's Creek and other times he would just meet him there.'

All eyes on 'dirty old man': Bombshell twist in William Tyrrell probe
When the inquest into Australia's best known missing child, William Tyrrell, resumes next week, many questions are expected to centre around one man - Frank Abbott.www.dailymail.co.uk
hopefully her health status was verified independently and not just accepted as perhaps suggested by the fcs?
she seemed very coherent in the walk through and any confusion would be understandable if what she had been told was different to her reality at the time
Who knows Katy, I'm sure they had their reasons, maybe she was a closed court witness ?I thought they were referring to her possibly suffering from dementia by the time the inquest came about.
What about an accidental death? Could he have fallen from the balcony or down the stairs? Or gotten into FGM's medications or been hit by FD's car as he returned? No they didn’t say “killers” but if William is deceased like le have stated then something had to have killed him. Maybe he got lost and succumbed to the elements. Or maybe someone killed him. Either way someone or something killed him. So I say killed. That’s my opinion. Not what le said. Just wanted to clarify my prior post. Sorry for the confusion. Imo moo
They are still my main focus.I still wonder was GO & FA hanging out that morning? GO had phoned the FGM that morning. He was in Kendall.
FA has no alibi.........
Someone from a takeaway did give evidence at the Inquest ...I think one of the officer's wives worked in a cafe in Kew? imo

Personally, I always found that a little too convenient. Someone within or close to his family tried very hard to get LE to look at him from the get go. I think it was planted by that person or persons.Dont forget BS had a little figurine of spiderman in his van.
SO. he MUST have done it.![]()
