Just another clarification if you know SA, or anyone else For that matter. I’ve read conflicting information about GO. A few reports say he was scheduled to work on the FGM’s deck on the day William disappeared, but other reports say it was before William disappeared.

Does anyone know definitively when GO worked on or was scheduled to work on the FGM’s deck?
IMO there is a small chance that GO knew the children were coming for the weekend... when he visited the FGM house on the 8th of Sept, 2014 do the quote ...... (Having visitors that weekend MAY have been mentioned in conversation)
And then booking the work on the 16th, the Tuesday after the Fosters were scheduled to leave on the Sunday or Monday..

GO is the only one of the "main suspects" from the male POI List, that had a reason to be in Kendall that morning..... that we know of, with an alibi of paying his advertising bill as the Community Center.....

To our knowledge, it is not known if he gave FA a lift into Kendall that morning?????? Or if anyone witnessed them together in a car that morning?????

Also does anyone know if the deck includes the railing?
AFAK .....The work was only ever mentioned for the back patio......rotting floor boards ...

***A $1M reward would normally lead to someone confessing and taking the cash if an associate was involved IMO***.

The question remains why nobody has been "dobbed in"???

If it was 2 or more local paedophiles in concert why did not 1 of them fold?

Especially if 1 of them died and makes a supposed "deathbed confession"!!

OMG - you would them IMO go to the police and take the cash for crying out loud.

I ask again that we all start with "Ocaams Razor".

The police are on the right path. The road is quiet and peripheral noise is about.

I will accept that the FP were not involved if the Coroner rules this but until the I don't know who to focus on.
I am focusing on LE current #1 POI

foster mother

good enough for them good enough for me.

occam razor does fit here.

imo

thanks again, i’m reading up on GO and FA now….Wowzers is all I gotta say!

There is a thread here from the inquest, that will give you a bit more on FA, if you are interested.
He was quite protected by a local minister.

Assuming for the moment that were the situation, then the 'dobber' might be concerned that he/she would then be in the spotlight, for that or maybe other crimes, despite what assurances police may give in relation to coming forward. As I understand it, pedos generally like to keep a low profile.

And that is one of the reasons that I can't ever see BS being involved. IMO, it would take some hide for a perpetrator to sue the government. IMO a guilty party would be looking for the nearest rock to hide under.

Except one other POI has sued the govt about this case, and been awarded $500,000. And it was likely a pedo.

We can take a pretty good guess at who it was, knowing the POIs that have been publicly outed.

The link was provided yesterday, or maybe the day before. It was in a Sky News video in a Sky News article.

You will see some discussion about it on the thread where a couple of us speculated that it involved PB.

There are pages of posts from yesterday. It would help to know who posted it.

It's in the video.

Thanks. I just found it, too.

Why is it assumed that the "accused" person reportedly paid out is a pedo? Who has been publicly "accused" of anything, other than Spedding?

PB or TJ most likely.

There have been quite a few named persons ... not only Spedding (or PB and TJ).

PB, TJ

TJ = Tony Jones? Although harassed by the media outside the coroner's court, I didn't think he'd actually been accused by police of being involved.

PB?

PB?

Naming them in an ongoing investigation, and outing them as pedos, is virtually accusing them.

Some of us think it is PB (Paul Bickford) as he seems to have been fully cleared - didn't appear at the inquest - and he seems to be the kind of person to raise a lawsuit. He ran GAPA and forgot to disclose that he had at least one child sex abuse conviction when he took the position.

Clearly, I missed that discussion. I don't know how damage payout figures are determined, but it strikes me that reputational damage ought to be a big component of the figure arrived at and anyone with convictions for child sex offences ought not to qualify for any sort of reputational damage.

I had forgotten about him. I wish CO's and GJ's books had indexes, especially of names. Well, IMO with his record he had a hide forming that GAPA group, so I guess he would maybe have the hide to claim reputational damage. Again, were it me deciding, such a person would be paid a peppercorn -- if that.

I agree. They should get nothing. In one of the (paywalled) articles he said that no-one in town would speak with him any more.

There is so much detail that has been discussed before you joined WS. I realise it is hard for newer members to know all that has been discussed, reviewed, researched, discovered. We do try to help increase the overall case knowledge where we can.

And who's fault is that I'd ask him. The government's? Can't fathom someone being paid compensation for self-inflicted pariah status. (I assume he quaifies to be on the sex offenders register.)

Yes, with it seems around 500 posts per thread and 71 threads, trawling through an estimated 3,500 posts or more would be quite a chore.

To my way of thinking, there is no point in focusing on just one person. Because there are at least a handful of players who could be the perp. (Or William could have got lost in an obscure place.)

Which is likely why the Coroner had summoned a good quantity of people to testify at the inquest. She has the entire police brief.

We have done research about rewards and discovered that they are rarely claimed in Australia. Even whopping big ones like $1,000,000. (Penny Hill's murder in 1991 is a good example of that.)
Imo I think le are on the right track with the current poi. Imo when push comes to shove someone will crack. I have faith lil William will get justice. I’ll always hold out hope.

Simple and right to the point. Great post! I completely agree. Although I’ll be honest, I wasn’t 100% sure at the very beginning. 7 years later and I’m back to the foster carers having something to do with it. Especially after all these years of truths finally coming out. Moo

I don't know that I have ever heard of any of these publicly persecuted people cracking and confessing.

JonBenet Ramsey's family didn't. Maddie McCann's family didn't.

Perhaps there is a high profile example out there, but I can't think of one at the moment.
