Anyone want to guess or predict what the alleged lies will be about?

Maybe the timeline allegedly has discrepancies ?
I think it will be about the timeline and possibly the number of time FMC left the house

Fair enough, however there was no intention to create any back and forth between anyone.
I found an expert’s opinion re. the possibility of abduction interesting and relevant to the discussion.

It’s also got me wondering about the likelihood of someone of Dr Yule’s calibre not picking up on any red flags concerning the FPs, it seems unlikely to me that she would miss anything significant. If we are to go by the current police theory, we have very experienced investigators Hans Rupp and Gary Jubelin fooled by the foster parents and potentially NSW Police Force’s senior forensic psychologist (at the time).
There I go putting my foot in it....again.
Aargh.
Sorry as someone that is fairly new on here and who people don't know, I was basically trying to say my replies were not to be combative but to highlight I understood quite easily the points being raised (and under which context) and that I was misquoted.

I don't think anybody thinks foster mum 'killed' william.

People react very weird in fight or flight mode to accidents and tragedies.

It is coming to light FM HAS mental health problems....what does that entail and for how long?
Nobody knows.
I really need to learn more about the alleged mental health problems.

I am wondering if these mental health issues came about around the same time that she was named as the prime suspect in her foster son's disappearance? If so, then it would be understandable, imo. And should not have a bearing on the actual incident.

I even wonder if the alleged child abuse incident is connected to that as well. If the child found out that her foster parents were now suspected in William's disappearance, that could create a lot of tension and even a confrontation or altercation between them. JMO

Tessi, WELCOME to WS! ;) We are glad to have you here. No problem...

Thanks but you've misinterpreted what I've said.
I'm not here for back and forth and never actually suggested (in my reply) that abduction was impossible however was highlighting how k-mac's post was misconstrued and though they kept pointing this out, their comments were still being taken out of context.
thank you Tessi, I appreciate your thoughtful post <modsnip>

It's all good, don't worry about it at all

I agree
The vibes being laid out by LE are pretty telling and deliberate IMO.

Poor little jaidyn. Yes a damn maddening case.
Jaidyn case was very damning case k-mac and Detective Willy.

Only pray the police get all facts and the right person/persons for William's disappearance.

Sadly I do keep keep an open mind regarding Jaidyn L or due to experience I had with the people being witnesses in the Court Case, dubbed by Media as" The Pig Head Gang maybe (IMO) clouded had my judgement for awhile due to the ruddness and action I was treated . I worked in the hotel which was close to Melbourne Court while the trial was on. During the day I was servicing floor when a female checked in one room, I notice she let people up the fire stair by holding the door, the group were hiding their faces as they crossed hallway ( Hotel policy, was to report strange behaviour most of the times to prevent room parties or more people staying in the room which is paid for two persons) None thing rang alarm bells as it sounded like a presentation meeting with female talking very loudly, so I continue my work. She storms out of the room accuses me of ear dropping orders me to leave will inform me when I can come back into the area. ( the conversation was mixed with a lot of swear words from memory nearly every second word was swear word) looking her and the group sitting inside, I then knew who they were. While I was with Management, was requesting during the guest stay could I work on anther floor (found the room was not booked in any of their names) within an hour the person who booked the room said they had checked out .
For years after that incident I believe, the gang was guilty due to my experience, but looking at the trial reports I could see they were not. They were just under a lot of pressure.
Just like William's FF ,the comments from people , the way they, FF talked in interveiws, not showing their faces, being posh with money to well to buy a child etc that they are guilty for William's disappearance.
Thank you to this group which keeps me grounded and keeping to facts.

Is there a link stating both fgmc and ffc were both inside when William disappeared? Tyia

It seems that way from my understanding of the timeline. JMO
I have never heard that both FM and FGM were both together inside making tea ......???? Or is this new evidence???

William's foster mother made cups of tea

Around 10am, William’s foster mother said she went inside and made tea for her and her mother,

His foster mother, who was sitting watching them, went inside to make a cup of tea.

Welcome Tessi V and please don't worry, we all put our foot in it at one stage or another...... Not that I actually think you did.... ;) The written word can be interpreted so many different ways ....:)

We may be getting closer to finding out what the big lies are..... the NSW Crime Commission charges against the FFFC are due to be heard in Court tomorrow, 7th June. I wonder if the Police informant will sit in the public gallery again? IMO
We are all wanting to know more .... but I think tomorrow will be entering a plea of not guilty, and a court date set for well in the future ...... and more suppression orders.....

FF was charged much earlier, with a similar offence, and we still know nothing about that ....

I would love to be incorrect, but I am not holding my breath ....

I think it will just be a mention, too. It will be the speediest trial I have ever heard of, if it is a hearing.

The appearance is in Parramatta, isn't it? They are not showing many hearings in Parramatta tomorrow. A handful of unnamed ones in closed court, and a couple of named ones who are not the FP.

Do you think Police have a witness for this and /or can back it up with technological evidence???

The Police will have to have some sort of "proof" in order to win this case...... Just curious on how they can "prove without reasonable doubt" that evidence was misleading, from 7 years ago???

I am not in anyway doubting your theory DIMS .... just wondering how the Police will be able to prove it?? To generate conversation on the topic...... and what new evidence we have heard about ....

For example the "Police Informant" that was reported to have sat in the court last time...... is that a "new witness" perhaps???

imo

An informant is usually the officer in charge of the matter that has brought the charges. In some States the name of the informant and their details are published on the public court list.

Yes true, but there is more than one definition of Police Informant.....

Media just creating a stir no doubt, but why not just say who was there, if a Police Officer?? We know who laid the charges on FF for example....

William Tyrrell's foster father was charged by two detectives from the Unsolved Homicide team with knowingly giving false and misleading evidence.

Court documents seen by Daily Mail Australia reveal the foster father was charged by Detective Sergeant Andrew Lonergan and Detective Sergeant Trent Power from the Unsolved Homicide team

imo

William's foster mother made cups of tea

Around 10am, William’s foster mother said she went inside and made tea for her and her mother,

His foster mother, who was sitting watching them, went inside to make a cup of tea.

September 12, 2014 was a Friday and it was after 10am that William was in his Spider-Man suit playing on the porch of the house on Benaroon Drive, Kendall as his foster mother and grandmother watched on.

Natalie said she was told that the grandmother went inside for a cup of tea, “and then he was gone”.

Police say William began a game, running around the back of the house underneath the balcony to hide.

By 10.30am William’s foster mother realised William was missing; neighbours helped in a search for him.

At 11am, the foster mother called the police. The start of many searches for little William, who would become a nationwide story, began.

Maybe, NC was told a wrong fact, IMO.

One may have it all, all versions, which are possible: grandma, mother/foster mother, grandma and mother, even "parents". So, we won't know the truth. ;)

I have absolutely nothing to back my theory up, more just little snippets of things. The things that come to mind is the FGM walk through video, The phone tower data not really lining up with what's been stated. Just little things like that.

The case was at Downing Centre when it was mentioned on 24/5, so I assume it is back at Downing Centre again tomorrow.

Craddock questioned FM under oath, at the Inquest, at great length about the tea ....and it was established that FM made the tea ...

CO speaks of the towers in this article. Dated 9/10/20. From Laidlaw's testimony at the inquest, on the final day of the inquest.

(paraphrased)
She says that the tower dumps captured all the Telstra, Optus and Vodafone data from that morning. But still no clues emerged.
There were people who were in town because they lived near the town or in the town.
But that doesn't prove they took William.

I wonder who was in town?
