Regardless of whether Spedding is guilty or not? no one at this stage knows. And just because some people want to put him under the jail yesterday without an arrest or charges by the police in WT's case, reminds me of the old church inquisitions.
This is not just sleuthing, it is absolute hatred for someone that is a target of that hatred. And IMO it's just wrong. Until he is proven guilty in a court of law or not, maybe judgement should be reserved.

Maybe those church inquisitions should have been about themselves......

A lot of alibis is a bit of a stretch, I think he has an alibi for where he was that day and if they did not check out, if the searches of CCTV, home, business premises and vehicles gave any clues or evidence, wouldn't you think he would now be a suspect. No DNA, no clothing, no toy, possibly no time, I find it hard to believe he was involved.

ok,so why isnt he cleared as a poi yet or had a legal rep get him cleared?
also we have no idea what other info police found on him, or even how many other charges hes had over the years, maybe theres that last piece of information they need to charge him?

Precisely Bear, see my post above about Brett Cowan. I think they are close but no cigar and that final nail in the coffin is coming .

According to this msm article police won't confirm one way or another if BS is still a POI, so take your pick i guess.
(quote)
Detective Superintendent Willing would not confirm if William 'Bill' Spedding, a white goods repairman from nearby Bonny Hills, was still a person of interest.

Maybe it would be helpful if some of the newer posters spent some time reading back through the threads, just like we all did. Otherwise just take the word of the longtime time posters on here (myself not included; I don't consider myself longterm) and their wonderful memories and abilities to sleuth. They are a wealth of knowledge.

Maybe it would be helpful to some of the newer posters on the WT thread if people could be a bit more specific as to where exactly certain information can be read, because 30 threads is a lot to go through. Just a suggestion.

Aunty Google is our best friend.
If it’s here, it’s in MSM.
IMO.
