Of course, tgy. His scent would be everywhere. The poster can't possibily be suggesting that he was still in there as that would casting aspersions on the ff and we know, and have been told over and over that they are INNOCENT. So, I'm not sure what to make of it either.

No one has declared the foster carers innocent. Police have used the terminology 'cleared'.

The biological family of missing boy William Tyrrell have secured Legal Aid as they prepare to fight against the NSW Police and NSW Government over his disappearance.

The Australian reports that NSW Legal Aid have approved an application for prepresentation from William’s father, who cannot be named for legal reasons.

“We have approved your application. We will pay for a lawyer to represent you in your case,” the letter reportedly says.

William was removed from his parents’ care in 2012 and placed with a foster family in Kendall, NSW, where he went missing in 2014.

William’s family does not accept the NSW Police’s version of events of him simply disappearing while in state care.

More likely will be due to protecting who Gary Jubelin is alleged to have recorded without warrant as per the current 4 charges. It is likely that a particular person's legal counsel discovered the recording through their client and that client would not enjoy time in the spotlight prior to 2nd tranche commencing a few days after the Jubelin matter is heard.

I have an uneasy gut feeling about this.

Do you mean they are cleared of causing his disappearance but guilty of neglecting to keep him safe?

I think cleared does sorta mean "not guilty" or "no fault found" though, doesn't it?

I wonder if the bio's are wanting to have some kind of "fault" placed on ff?? It appeared that way from the letter bio dad wrote.

There are apparently a lot of weird conspiracy theories on Social Media, Bo, so that's probably where it's all coming from. Hopefully it doesn't infiltrate WS.

BTW, I don't have SM, have just heard about these wild accusations. Some of them are almost libelous, particularly in view of the Voller verdict. IMO

I think now they have legal rep, that questions pertaining to the thoughts/beliefs of bio family will be asked of FF and probs Jubeline.

It’s not William’s biological father’s legal counsel I worry about but his other influences (or should that be influencers?)

I’m glad they have obtained their own legal representation, they should have had one from the start. However, I don’t believe that they were never notified that they could have one as IMO all interested parties are notified. Not only that but they have enough history with the court system to be aware that it would be available.

I understand that they will be able to pose their own questions to whoever is on the stand, but I’m not sure if they can recall witnesses. This seems, IMO, to be the purpose of their representation, they want to question the FCer’s and I’m not sure they can recall. Does anyone know?

This part of the article bothers me, where do they think he was?



The ‘New’ Podcast will be interesting, although IMO this is just a grab for cash. CO has reported from her POV and that not being an overall view IMO. Some would probably say that about the existing podcast, but at least that one is actually speaking to people that were present on the day and I'm not sure that the new one will, I can't imagine FCer's participating in 2 different podcasts.

In my view this will only start a ‘Class’ war of Bios v Foster and won’t be advantageous for William or the Inquest at all.
