The fact that his brother has testified about the van in the garage is enough for me.

More I think of it the more I wonder if they are found something in the van after he went to jail and sat on it for some time until last year even? Do we know if the brothers are on talking terms?

Local man Tim Donohoe has now taken the stand. He is asked about his brother Robert, who is also due to give evidence. He told the court he is close with his brother. @10Daily @10NewsFirst

So Donohoe participated in an electronically recorded interview at Wagga Wagga police station at 1.32pm on November 13, 2018 with officers including Detective Senior Sergeant Mark Dukes.
Where does this date fit with the intense forensic search and was it after his van was searched?
This guy needs his own timeline.

I can't work out why Tim Donohoe was called to the inquest. Just to tell the Coroner that he didn't remember his brother's 2014 arrest, and to say the van was put in their father's shed some time after Donohoe went to prison??
There must be more to his testimony than that ... likely suppressed. imo

Video was shown at the inquest of detectives searching in August 2018 Donohoe’s van hidden in a shed on a Wagga property where his older brother, Tim, and parents lived.

Tim Donohoe, 45, told the inquest he didn’t remember his brother’s 2014 arrest.
“(But) I became aware he went to prison later after that,” Tim Donohoe said.
He said his brother’s van had been taken to the property and put inside the shed “sometime after he was in prison”.
‘Creepy’ sex offender lived minutes away

Was just reading through that information. Trying to catch up. Thanks SA I do not have to worry about posing the link.:)
I was wondering however. When exactly did the car arrive at Wagga and get tucked into the shed?
Who transported the vehicle to Wagga?

Mr Donohoe refused to participate in a police interview following the disappearance of William Tyrrell.
Six months before the aborted interview, police attempted to interview Mr Donohoe at the Wagga Wagga Police Station, Strike Force Rosann detectives executed a search warrant on the property at which Mr Donohoe's parents and brother lived.

Was there more then one attempt at interviewing RD at Wagga Police Station?
The interview we saw was on the 13 November 2018. Could there have been another attempt to interview him 6 months prior in about May 2018 and a property search in August?

Oddly I thought RD looked creepier, in his pink short sleeve shirt, tie, cap and little backpack , than when he was sitting there in his prison clothes.
Looks like many pedos are looking, I thought ..... MOO

If a person googles pedophile and looks under images, they don't see pedos that look anything like that.
Many of them look more like Donohoe in the silent police interview. Cold eyes, cold stare, sardonic smirk.

And some of them look like grandfathers. And some of them look like young men who should have a bright future, without abusing children. And some of them look like professional businessmen. And some of them are women.

He is alleged to have recorded a conversation at Parramatta on November 3, 2017, and three conversations at Kendall — two on May 5 last year and one on December 28.

'Witch hunt': William Tyrrell investigator pleads not guilty to misconduct charges

All the chat about RD, makes these dates seem very significant, imo.
The blow up between Lambert and Jubes was in August wasn't it? About the time of the Wagga search.

This vid is a little longer all present are identified.

Robert Donohoe interviewed in Wagga Wagga over William Tyrell

Detective Dukes looks very frustrated / flustered..............I can't imagine what these cops have had to investigate over these years since William vanished.

I also noticed RD's clenched fist.

And at the very end he says that there are a number of allegations ( just before it cuts off ) ................don't think we heard that in court

Some articles are saying the van search was six months before the interview and others like this https://7news.com.au/news/court-jus...van-belonging-to-creepy-sex-offender-c-397102 are saying the warrant to search the van and home was granted in August 2018. The forensic search in Kendall region was May 2018.

Yeah I know JLZ. Just trying to consider everything.

He did appeal his sentence. Maybe the car was not relocated until he knew he was certain to not be coming home until November 2018.

The appeal results July 2017.

Also the plates removed, I know it’s fair enough not to pay the rego whilst he is away but does that mean a need to take plates off ?

yeah if you were “close” one would think that would be rather significant

TD said the plates were removed ( he didn't know if it was himself or his father who took them off ) & handed into the RTA, when asked when that was, he sarcastically ( IMO ) told Mr Craddock that the RTA would have the date & time......

hey everybody:)
quietly trying to catch up on thread.
what stands out for me atm is the white van hidden in the shed at wagga.
very unnecessary how it wasn't just locked away in a shed, it was deliberately covered up with stuff.
number plates removed... ok they have to go back to the rta I think….but an unregistered vehicle on private property isn't an offense....so why was it hidden.o_O

We have an old work Ute that I haven’t registered for two years as no one drives it. I’ve never been asked to return plates but maybe that’s what supposed to be done ?
