Australia Australia - William Tyrrell Disappeared While Playing in Yard - Kendall (NSW) #79

  • #1,561
JMO - If a planned abduction was to occur following William's arrival after the Fosters' departure from their home Sydney (A trip which would have taken approx 5 hours which could have include a Macca's meal for them)

..... Their earlier arrival would have then interfered with: whether there was OR was not a planned abduction. (Probably indicates that if William was abducted by person(s) unknown to the Foster Mother, then it most likely was not planned ahead of their early departure anyway.
AND
Another thing that baffles me about this case is:

Why would an abductor wait until William was in Kendall? Why not take him in Sydney, where his daily routines could be monitored? I would think that abducting a child outside of his normal environment would carry more risk. Too many unknowns.

It surely had to be someone local to the area, if it was an abduction.

My other thought is that maybe he was lured to the front yard by someone known to him, but there would be very few people known to him in that area. He probably hadn't even seen a great deal of the grandparents in the time he was with that foster family.
In quoting from my own post here: " (Probably indicates that if William was abducted by person(s) unknown to the Foster Mother, then it most likely was not planned ahead of their early departure anyway.
Angeline ... In reference to: "My other thought is that maybe he was lured to the front yard by someone known to him, but there would be very few people known to him in that area. He probably hadn't even seen a great deal of the grandparents in the time he was with that foster family."

““William’s sister was still drawing,” she said.

“He was getting very bored with the game. He was running up and down.

“I said to William (and his sister) ‘you know what? Why don’t we go down and see if Daddy’s car is here yet’.”

When William vanished she embarked on a frantic search before her husband arrived home, sometime after 10.30am.”

I didn't know the FM said that to William.

So William ran out to the front yard after the FM suggested checking for the FD's car?

That's different to what she originally said about popping inside to make a cup of tea.

P.S. Is it just me or is there something off about foster carers insisting on being called mummy and daddy? I know they were adopting but in reality they were the foster carers. It's as though they were trying to erase the biological parents.

Angeline, in connection with adoption, refer to: BBM

“William’s birth mother learns about foster parents plan to adopt William permanently.
She is not happy.

She will later tell NSW Coroner Harriet Grahame, “I didn’t agree [with the adoption plan].
“I had heard about that ... they [case workers] said it wasn’t happening.

“We were still trying to get [William back] we were at court.”

Thanks. Well, that's crossing boundaries.

I only know one foster couple in real life and they never made the child call them mummy/daddy (even when it looked like they'd be caring for the child indefinitely.)

MOO I think, an abduction was planned (by grandma/FFC and the abductor), and when something changed within the time sequences of the abductor, the Sydney family had also to change their departure from their hometown, nicely described with "to surprise" grandma one day earlier. Which grandma in her 70ties does want such a surprise, when she probably isn't ready with preparing the visitation of a whole family of 4 (not to mention grandma's recent hospital stay). I think, grandma wanted to help her daughter, when she learned, that her daughter had so many problems with little W, had her nerves wracked, but an adoption was already in the making. Grandma also had potentially helpers on hand in Kendall and around, who maybe owed her a favor or were/are unscrupulous enough.
The abductor in advance had to care for an alibi for himself, so maybe he had to change the time of his "task" in Kendall because of that. Abduction Friday in the afternoon/later maybe meant: no good alibi for him. Abduction Friday morning meant: a "provable" alibi for him. So it had to happen Friday morning.

Whether MFC knew of all the plans, I don't know. My first theory was: he didn't know at all. His wife wanted to get rid of little W without MFC knowing and certainly before a possible adoption. MFC allegedly loved little W and didn't have the same behavioral problems with the boy like his wife had. FFC knew, the marriage between her and MFC would have become endangered, if MFC had known about his wife's participation in an abduction. - As I said, that was my first theory. Now meanwhile I don't know, if MFC didn't knew or did knew also and if he knew, then what and since when. That he didn't know anything over the years, doesn't make sense. During the time after Sept. 2014 he should at least have noticed, that his wife had to lie to him multiple times (IF he didn't know from the start anyway).
IF also MFC knew from the start of a planned abduction, he had something very important to cover up from an institution (CP). I can't think of another reason.

MOO and speculation. I may be wrong, of course.

JMO - As baffling as it may seem to many of us, the truth of what occurred in William’s disappearance could lie in either of your Theories. Maybe the existence of a Group and a member willing to assist in William’s disappearance to somewhere was/became known to someone in his Foster family.
Hopefully, for Strikeforce Rosann to be able to track if that occurred remains a possibility

They were not adopting the children! I think that was just in the heads of the ex fosters. The bios had no knowledge of this. No other state in Australia has laws that would enable them to adopt, especially when the bios still managed to keep other children in their care.

I am putting all my hopes into William’s sister - won’t be long now!!

October 2020

William Tyrrell: Sister of missing boy wants to become a detective to find him

The 10-year-old sister of William Tyrrell has delivered a moving statement on the final day of an inquest into his disappearance.

JMO - If William is still living he could have memories of his sister. A DNA test could possibly be the key to connecting him to members of his Family.

This is the one thing I find crazy. How can the state say the bio parents are capable of parenting other children, but then keep the elder children in out of home care. It makes no sense.

The other children were born later on from the births of William and his sister.

Too late! Apparently at the time just prior to William's disappearance, the Bio Mother has said that they were in Court:

"She will later tell NSW Coroner Harriet Grahame, “I didn’t agree [with the adoption plan].

“I had heard about that ... they [case workers] said it wasn’t happening.

“We were still trying to get [William back] we were at court.”
