What won’t be long? Can we let this child get on with her life without this sort of expectation and pressure?
I don't think William's sister would agree with you. She has said she wants to be a detective so she can find out what happened to her brother. She has been through hell. Not with just her brother missing, but all that the ex fosters put her through. She wants justice.

Unless you know her personally you can’t speak on her behalf. I was simply stating my opinion that she has had a lot to deal with in her life and doesn’t need added pressure. I’m no interest in counting down to her 18th birthday in the hopes there will be some revelation. I only hope she can find some happiness and peace in her life.

I was only going by what she said at the Inquest. And her braveness at telling her teacher about not wanting to return to the ex fosters, and why. That takes bravery. I doubt that her turning 18 would produce anything differently. I have worked extensively with kids going through unresolved crimes that affect their lives. Believe me, they don't find peace that easily. Not until the crime has been resolved. Often they remain feisty.

Ex FFC did not mention the 2 cars parked in the street until she was driving her sister to Kendal from Coffs Harbour. 1-2 days later. No one else saw the cars.

Not sure why you think they drove from Coffs Harbour................................

Gary Jubelin joins Bill Woods to demand answers in the 11-year mystery of William Tyrrell. From the "sufficiency of evidence" sitting with the DPP to the seven-year inquest that has failed to hand down findings, Jubelin explores why the investigation has "stalled" and what an independent inquiry needs to uncover. It’s a masterclass in homicide detective work and a heartbreaking plea for resolution in Australia’s most tragic cold case.

I wonder if the inquest findings (when they are eventually released) will say what the ODPP's response was to the police submission to them.

As Jubes says, that was 4 years ago and the public still hasn't been provided with the answer to that (leaked) submission.

I thought the findings were due out this January? Or is there still no date for the findings to be released?

"No date has been fixed" said the coroner's office in early December. Does that mean they won't be out in January? Don't know. I wish the journalist had asked: if they were going to be released in January, would a date necessarily have been fixed by now?

It's dragging on. That is about all I agree with Jubes about. He is brave to come out about this case when he cost tax payers a lot of money and got nowhere with this case.
