Well, maybe not you. But for sure I think the sex crimes squads around the world should be keeping an eye out for William.
And not think "that disappearance is solved', when it isn't.

These squads search hard to identify victims who have been portrayed on Dark Web sites.

Eg: this recent case
Tiny traces from videos and images drew detectives to a childcare worker accused of being Australia’s worst serial paedophile

AFP announced 19 men arrested, 13 children removed from harm in major online child abuse investigation

I agree 100% Couldbe.

Facial Recognition Technology has advanced so quickly and IMO many peoples heads would spin if the knew how much more prevalent "AI" is now.

Police have stated repeatedly that they do not think William is alive so IMO it's a highly unlikely scenario that he is a slave and is being recorded on the Dark Web from what has been said by authorities.
We still don't know, from where the photo of little W came, which probably showed him in front of a monitor. Did we think at the time, he had cried before being videoed - my memory fails a little bit. I remember, that in the background behind little W we saw a picture (embroidered/knotted/painted??, resemblance to a coat of arms) hanging on the white wall, and to the right was a room door seen.
This photo of little W wasn't urgently necessary to find the boy, because there were other pics of him. But LE must have thought of it being very useful for the search and had the photo on their "investigation board" (don't know the designation).
If I remember well, some of us here on WS assumed, the photo possibly may have been found on the dark net.

When I just searched for the photo with Google, I couldn't find it. It seems to have disappeared - like little W. :(

I think, we only have to remember. I'm thankful, that you do! :)

Pic available or not, little W's face was a little more chubby than in his last pics from the day of disappearing and more babyish.
I wonder, if we ever will learn, where and when this photo of him was taken (and mainly for what purpose).

It is most likely the opinion of many ...... that if William or his images were on the “Dark Web” - taskforce Argos would have found them by now.
MOO

i highly doubt that Argos or any other taskforce has had access to all the illegal photos and websites on the Dark Web. It is an ongoing challenge for law enforcement all over the world.

With the advancements in A1, Facial Recognition, etc I think that we all hope for more success, MOO

"
Today a panel of the court including Chief Justice Andrew Bell dismissed the appeal and awarded costs to Mr Spedding.

"The high-handed, self-serving, grand-standing undermining of the criminal justice system by the relevant police officers in arresting, charging, opposing bail and maintaining the prosecution against Mr Spedding has no relevant comparator in the reported cases in New South Wales," the court ruled.

"One can only hope that its standing as the worst case is never repeated and is never superseded by conduct that is even worse."

A former washing machine repairman and one-time William Tyrrell suspect will be paid $1.5m in damages after the state failed in its bid to overturn a judgment that found he was the subject of malicious prosecution.
Bill Spedding brought legal action against the state after he was charged with an unrelated historical sexual assault matter, which he claimed was brought to “put pressure” on him during the investigation into William’s disappearance.

The 70-year-old successfully sued the state of NSW in the Supreme Court after arguing he was arrested despite a lack of evidence in order to assist police in the Tyrrell inquiry.

Does anybody know the significance of the name Strike Force ‘Rosann’?

When we looked for this info some years ago, we found the names are randomly generated through a database.

Here is one link about the subject.

”An AFP spokesperson said the organisation used a database of thousands of words selected at random when selecting names.”

“The former foster parents of missing child William Tyrrell will face court this week over fraud matters relating to the sale of their Sydney home.

The couple, who cannot be named for legal reasons, are due to front Parramatta Local Court on Friday, August 11, after they were each charged with dishonestly obtaining financial advantage by deception.”

The NSW government has lost an appeal against the awarding of $1.5 million to a man wrongly targeted by detectives investigating the disappearance of William Tyrrell.

Well summarized article IMO.

Now, let this poor man and his family live in peace.

Strictly speaking, the liar from day 1, who was present at Kendall and courted for a looong time, started it all. If she not, then LE not, then "the man" not and so forth. MOO
