How can you have a suspect if you don't even have a body? It would seem ludicrous to me for police to state that a person is even a person of interest if they have no body and no evidence of a crime.
So even if they suspected that someone might have had something to do with her disappearance I don't think they would or perhaps COULD indicate they suspected them.
So far there is only an abandoned vehicle, phone calls to a boyfriend, call for a taxi but no showed and a text to boyfriend saying she was coming over.
There is no evidence yet of any kind of foul play.
She could still be alive somewhere....
Regardless if LE say people are innocent, they are innocent.
If they still thought there was a chance that the cabbie knew anything about Adrienne's disappearance or had anything to do with it, they would say he is still a person of interest.
They maintain he is not.
I would venture to assume the FBI know much more than we do at this point and I don't believe they would provide some of their more advanced search and rescue and investigative resources for a case not involving foul play of some sort.
