Sorry repost

Hey mama here's a map of AMPM (purple) to
Indian School Rd and Scottsdale Rd (red) with possible routes. Since I don't have his exact apartment location, I'm just taking this as the closest thing we will get to pinpointing the Bf's complex according to the facts provided.

It is about a 15 minute drive one way/ 30 minutes round trip using route 1.

The middle route is 64th street. Hohokam expressway rout and 64th street route BOTH take 17 minutes one way/ 34 minutes round trip.

Mamacita,

I live right here. Very near where the BF lives. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the AM/PM. I know this because I had to drive over there to that almost exact spot for an event two nights ago. It's 7.5 miles.

ETA: And I know all the fastest routes! This is where I live.

another possibility, a little different than my previous scenario is that maybe Adrienne got a ride to AMPM/auto parts store in the sedan (could have been a party-goer or even neighbor who either offered her the ride or said they needed to go to AMPM too). she might have wanted to check the hours of the auto parts store real quick, so they could have pulled up out of the camera's sight, she got out to go check the hours, went back and got into the car, called the cabbie because she realized he called her and she wanted him to know she'd be right there so he wouldn't leave.. but then the person in the sedan took and disabled her phone and took off with her.

this is all IMO and assuming that the girl on the video was Adrienne and the sedan was involved.

Why would Adrienne get a ride to go meet a cab? That's sort of a stretch, IMO, though I suppose it's possible. I'm still trying to figure out why she did not have the cab come to her apartment complex in the first place, which is what most folks - especially a young, perhaps 'buzzing' female at 4:30-5AM - would do. I bet she did want him to come there, but he could not find the place or didn't want to try, so she went to him. And met him at OReillys. At around 4:50. When both were caught on camera at roughly the same time.

Just sayin'

She's so out of it in emotionally in some of these reports that I'm wondering if she had gotten a drink that was roofied at the party and that's why she started acting emotional/spontaneous in the first place? Sometimes ppl act really emotional at the onset of being roofied...

Not saying the bf would have done this, but someone at the party could have dosed her drink earlier. I worry that she could have been dosed again or drank from the same cup once she got back to her place after she was seen last by Rebecca :(

So other than the bf... RF was the last person that saw Adrienne ?
This has always been my opinion.

Adrienne may not have had money that night ....

Friends, Family to hold Vigil for missing Tempe Woman

The police report said Adrienne had no source of income and that her father gave her money for her living expenses, including $10 for gas a few days before she vanished.
In the most recent article, Rick Salinas is quoted as saying his daughter had no money. He paid her expenses and he recently gave her $10 to buy gas for her car. This is very important to know because if this is accurate there would have been no reason for her to bring her wallet. We have all wondered why she left it at home.

Also, again, how was she planning to pay for the cab? Is that the reason she left her wallet at the apartment?

This brings all kinds of questions to my mind. Did she know this cab company and had she used them before? If she did, maybe when she called she explained the situation to them and said she would pay them back if they would take her to her destination, her BFs place. Or maybe she felt the BF would pay for it. But he wouldn't even answer her calls. Did she have a key to his house? How did she know she would be able to get in?

Was there someone at the party or a neighbor who she borrowed some money from to pay the cab? Could it be that they also offered to take her there or maybe instead they followed her there?

She must have been a very extremely desperate and distraught girl that night. Feeling rejection from her BF that she loved so much, still recuperating from Valley Fever and a collapsed lung, being extremely intoxicated, wrecking her car in the middle of the night, not being able to get in touch with anyone to help her, not having the transportation she was used to having, and being broke on top of all that.

That's really hitting rock bottom!

:(

Wherever she is I hope she is at peace. And I pray she is alive even though it doesn't sound like it is possible. I don't want to give up hope!

I'm just wondering how she was planning on paying for the cab ride. Her dad gave her 10$ for gas a few days before. That doesn't seem like the kind of budget which has room for cab fare.
Another thought I had is that if she did have the funds, maybe she didn't realize she forgot her wallet until right before she was going to meet the cabbie and so she just ducked out and let calls go to voicemail.

anyone know the distance from AMPM to BFs house (approx)? did someone say that the taxi company had their rates on their website? if not, maybe there's an average rate that we could use to try to figure out what her fare would have been? not that this would REALLY help find her.. but it could tell us about how much money she'd have needed for the trip. there could be other reasons for why this might be helpful to know, but my mind is officially exhausted. i'll look into this stuff in the morning if no one else has by the time i wake up! good night yall!

Oooooh-----you've got me thinking now (but don't put tooo much weight into this 'cause like Mamacita, I'm blonde and I'm tired too).

AS had to pay for the cab ride right? Is there an ATM near the auto parts store that might account for her being there instead of at the AMPM?
I would assume the AMPM would have an ATM but I know that certain ones charge more, in particular if it's not your "bank".

ykwim?

Maybe she realized she had no money and purposely was ditching the cab. When the cab driver called back she didn't answer purposely. She could have been attempting to walk to the bf's house or even head back home after the cab driver left AMPM. Maybe that's why she was across the street at the auto parts store (in view of AMPM).
Just speculating.

Right, Angela......and maybe she realized she didn't have any money right after she had called the cabbie, and a car showed up with some quasi-friend or aquaintance and she figured maybe she could ask them for a ride.
In the meantime she told the cabbie she'd be there in a minute to hedge her bet.
She may have opted for the wrong ride.

I agree it seems like she wouldn't have the funds to pay for that cab ride (for the estimated 15-20 minute cab ride to the bf's)

TasteofHoney- that's what I am thinking too. Someone she knew or was familiar with. She got in the car accepting the ride.

  • #936
Could the cabbie have gotten ticked that she didn't have any money and he drove all the way over?

  • #937
Cabbie is not a POI according to LE. He was investigated.

Where is the AMPM on these routes? I'm assuming it is on route 1? Also 15 minutes drive or 15 minutes walking time?

I'm back......sheesh, still looks like a big fat nothing on this case! Goblin, buddy, how you doin'? ;)
