2:30 am- AS asks bf to leave
AS goes with bf to continue the disagreement in another location
AS flees the 2nd location on foot.
bf gets her back in vehicle
AS flees vehicle again on foot
*** during a "Heated argument" -per police AND in a span of
less than 52 min AS has tried to get "away" from bf
a total of THREE times*** 2:30am- 3:22 am
bf finds her to give her her phone because she left it in the vehicle
3:22 am- bf calls her room mate to make sure she gets home ok.
3:22 am bf never sees AS again
3:30am AS states she is going back to bf
and is packing an overnight bag.
She is reportedly "calmy angry" by her room mate
3:35-3:40am- AS car is seen leaving by 2 people.
*** most people at the party don't recall seeing her after 2:30am
3:44 am- 911 caller AS car involved in a crash
AS car flees the scene the car is not returned to her
apartment but left on a street
nearby
4:10 am- 4:50 am 32 calls are made from AS phone to bf phone
all go unanswered -bf was asleep
4:23am cab co called by AS phone
4:43am text from AS phone to bf phone
"I'm coming over"
4:53am cab arrives
AS reports she will "be there in a min"
5:06am cab driver says no answer on cell.
*****************************************
She is on foot in Scotsdale "walking home"
after bf "left for a min" to return and find she was gone.
She is on foot at Rio Salado and Mill Avenue after exiting his vehicle.
Her car crashes at Rio Salado and Ash
Her car is dumped at Roosevelt and Mill Avenue -again she would be on foot.
Rio Salado has been used twice in this report of events.
She jumps out of bf car prior to 3:22am
22 min later her vehicle has a single car crash on the same road
Mill Avenue has also been used twice.
She exited the bf vehicle near this road and
just so happens her car is left on this road.
bf calls her room mate at 3:22am
he returns home and sleeps
car crash--- 32 calls to bf---
a 4:23 call to cab--- (who reports he is 20 min away)
a 4:43 text to bf "I'm coming over" *the exact time cab
was "expected"...
cab actually shows up at 4:53
10 min later.
so out of 32 calls to the bf phone...in 40 min the only txt that was sent said "I'm coming over"
Her cab has NOT even shown up and how does she KNOW she is on her way
at the ETA the cab driver gave?
THEN once the cab driver says hey where are you- be there in a min
the phone is "off"
