Maybe her oldest "might" have something to add either way (not counting on it considering she was drug into the courtroom during trial) but the other 2 kids where far to young when this happened and have had no connection to CMMD since.

Score another point for CMMD screwing her children up even more. :banghead: Hope they can "Skype" anything they have to say...2 1/2 hour drive down from Flagstaff into the heat of Phoenix, sit outside the courtroom for who knows how long, have to look at CMMD, and then back home, another 2 1/2.

I got to testify via phone, years back, during a hearing for back child support for 1st ex. Seriously, you can't PAY me to go down there for anything.:hot:

I'm confused ( always). I remember the big hullabaloo when Mom was in court . CMMD didn't want her daughters to testify. She was assured they would not have to if the letters were verified. So why now do they have to?

If the defense requested them, it's a last stab at keeping CMMD off death row. I can't see why the pros would do it, other than to show the kids are doing well without her.
Or ol' CMMD "coached" her kids on what to write?


........and maybe it was out there just for stalling tactics...who knows?
