Will this jury who cannot even agree on both factors here sentence this woman (a 'mother') to death? I don't think so.

What is wrong with society? A woman can get away with anything? All a woman has to do is to claim self-defense and abuse! And as long as it's a woman's first murder she can say 'I've never killed anyone before so surely my so-called victim is at fault. He abused me. He made me do it!' and the jury will believe. It doesn't matter how absolutely horrific the murder was, how the victim suffered and how evil the woman is.

Twisted society we live in.

Never mind. The jury said they are going to keep at it until four. So no verdict today. Back Monday.

Didn't the Judge say that 4:15 was the latest they could come in with a verdict to be read in court THAT particular day?
