I saw that too. I imagine it will just be statements by the attorneys because any premeditation, financial gain, and the horrendous nature of the attack have all been covered in the trial. Since the jury already came to a M1 verdict, the defense can't beat a dead horse with the DV/PTSD excuse.
I think the Arias jury was out for just a few hours (I'm thinking less than 2? Someone correct me if I'm wrong) with the aggravation deliberation. So this might be pretty quick.:dunno:
