Before you read this highly recommend you go back and read all the posts I have about Daniel Robinson because every time i make a new post it ties into the previous ones in some way.
In my opinion, Buckeye PD has done a lot of questionable things in regards to the Daniel Robinson missing person case.
I want to go over more of their investigation and interactions with David to see if there are any other strange parts of the story that align with everything I've gone over previously.
Before we get into some of those new things lets go over some stuff we already talked about and sourced.
According to the rancher, on a recorded eyewitness account, the Buckeye PD told him not to tell the media, the family or anyone that he found the Jeep in the ravine. This is strange for a multitude of reasons.
#1- Daniel's father had been on the ground in Buckeye since June 26th, searching the desert, homeless shelters, cities, etc. This means that Daniel's father spent July 19th looking for any signs of his son while Buckeye PD spent the day already knowing where Daniel's Jeep was.
#2- At no point was the ravine treated as a crime scene. There were no evidence markers, and no comprehensive forensic analysis was conducted. Daniel's personal belongings were literally labeled for safe keeping by the Buckeye PD.

#3- This has always been a missing person case, there is no excuse for not immediately informing David Robinson when his son’s Jeep was found that morning or later on in the day considering what they did at the scene. In my opinion, one of the only reasons for delaying notification would be to ensure the scene looked a certain way before anyone else saw it. Officer Prusick’s CSI report shows clear inconsistencies that point to evidence being moved. He notes two boots on the hillside, even though there was only one before he arrived with the other stuck under the vehicle. What's even more interesting is that Prusick states the sunroof panel was “missing” but never acknowledges that it was actually found underneath the Jeep. These omissions and contradictions suggest that the scene could have been altered before it was officially documented.

According to the police report, the Buckeye PD waited 24 HOURS before notifying David that they found the jeep. This means that they knew about the Jeep being found at around 9:00am on July 19th but waited until around 9:00am on July 20th to tell David. They also said they spent 18 hours on scene which makes little sense because they didn't do any real forensics and they missed a bunch of things that were found in the vicinity of the ravine, including a HUMAN SKULL found a few hundred feet away and a rope found closer than that. Someone needs to explain what the Buckeye PD was doing for 18 hours instead of letting David know they found his son's Jeep. We know they weren't doing any forensics thanks to the police report showing us when forensics were done, so what were they doing?

According to Billy's eyewitness account, recorded online, he reached out to the Buckeye PD on September 29th, 2021. Buckeye PD didn't try contacting Billy until November 29th and it was only a few days after Davids press conference calling the Buckeye PD out for not contacting him that they asked Jeff Mcgrath about his story. Billy's story helps move Daniel's Jeep away from the ravine, contradicting Buckeye PD's narrative that the jeep was there the entire time. Before the Mile IQ released Buckeye PD also told David that Billy was a credible witness.

Looking at these 3 pieces of evidence,
none of which come from David Robinson, it’s hard not to question what else Buckeye PD has done that makes no sense. Some people have accused David of lying about parts of this case, but I encourage them to go back and read my other posts, which dismantle many of the false claims about who initially made certain statements regarding Daniel’s disappearance. The reality is, David has no reason to lie. The only reason some people don't trust him is because of false narratives that were pushed early on. Had I been following this case from the beginning and seen the early posts, I might have also questioned David’s statements. However, with what we now know, it is clear that he was not lying. As you watch David tell his story going forward try to keep that in mind.
You can hear a lot about what Buckeye PD did by listening to David Robinson's You-Tube channel. We are going to go over a few in this post.
The first thing i want to go over AGAIN because it's so egregious is the 24 hours Buckeye PD waited before telling David. According to David this also caused him to be confused himself and he even gave the wrong date Daniel's Jeep was found to multiple news outlets

After they told David they found the Jeep, the detective met David in the parking lot of the police station and gave him 1 PHOTO of the vehicle in the ravine and a few maps detailing where it was found. Then the detective took David to the impound lot, where he showed him the vehicle and even told him to open it up and have a look inside. Remember, no real forensics were done at the scene so when the detective is telling David to open up the jeep and have a look around David would be compromising the jeep from any further forensic work, work that would be done days later, which we will go over.

After this interaction, Detective Larry Biffin tells David that he has to get his son's jeep out of the impound that day or he would incur storage fees. This is really weird, I know i say that term a lot but I don't know what else to use. Remember again, no forensics had been done, this is backed up by forensic work being done 6 days later as noted in the police report. David says that he had to literally beg them to hold onto it.

Stephen Fischer shows up again for this part of the story. He posted on X/twitter that David and his PI demanded possession of the Jeep from the Buckeye PD and had to sign a form saying how the evidence would be compromised (David didn't have a PI when Biffin told him he needed to remove the vehicle from impound). Stephen saying further testing couldn't be done isn't correct either. They had the vehicle for 2 whole weeks, they had time to do any testing they wanted to before David took control of the Jeep on August 4th. Also a reminder that Daniel's clothes were marked for SAFE KEEPING, does that sound like a department that was going to be doing further testing?

There is one interesting thing to note about David and his PI taking control of the vehicle. According to David. Buckeye PD freaked out on him after his PI told the police what they planned on doing with the vehicle, sending the infotainment system off to be specific. That's highly suspicious for the Buckeye PD considering Jeff would send the infotainment data off for analysis and it would show more about the 11 mile discrepancy and show Jeep ignition times. This is when David was forced to sign a document that released the vehicle. Remember, David and his PI gained control of the Jeep on August 4th, which means the Buckeye PD had plenty of time to do any forensics they wanted beforehand.

The Buckeye did some forensics on the 26th of July, which is interesting because this happened after David had a meeting with police chief Larry Hall demanding that they do so. There are a bunch of things that were said in that meeting that David goes over that you can hear for yourself in the video linked below, its worth it to hear the whole thing. He talks about how they didn't do any forensics in the Jeep because there was no blood and that they knew Daniel was driving simply because it was his vehicle.

David was also contacted by the Buckeye PD a year after Daniel went missing, they asked him for a razor so they can check their DNA swabs they took against Daniel's DNA,
A YEAR LATER.

This covers Buckeye PD’s discovery of the vehicle and some of the initial events that followed. When you look at both the actions that can be verified and those that David has reported, it all suggests something far beyond simple police negligence in my opinion.
