On a more somber note...has anyone heard if LE are checking landfills?

IF her reason for taking her baby cross country was to protect him from his "abusive" father, as she's supposedly told the Smiths, why the change of heart now? This tells me that (a) her allegations against Logan are (and always were) unfounded or (b) she has done something unthinkable to ensure that he really will never see his baby again.

That would be a great idea. Sit EJ down with an FBI artist and try to come up with composite drawings of the "couple". First up, I doubt there was any man at all involved in the handing over of Gabriel. Probably just a woman. And so EJ would have to come up with a completely fake description of the man and might want to come up with a fake description of the woman. This is usually when things start to fall apart depending on how good of a liar EJ is.

I wonder if she's been given a lie detector test yet or can the Florida LE not really question her at all really in regards to this case. Do they have to wait until she's back in Arizona where the charges were laid?

Does anyone know if Tami and Elizabeth are having confidential communications through a lawyer or because a lawyer is present? I'm not familiar enough with Florida Sunshine Laws to know if this isn't possible. I do know in most cases that someone in prison can have both confidential mail and phone calls if it is through their lawyer - and, it appears to me the Smith's are probably providing her legal counsel.

I must have missed something, but where is the Nashville connection? NG had a map up last night with Nashville marked, but made no reference at all . . . and the lines they drew for her trip from Tempe to Miami just had Tempe, San Antonio, to Miami.

Sooo, does someone think she made a trip to Nashville after arriving in San Antonio?

Back when I was looking into the medical field, I must have missed "colon cleansing" as a career path. It just sounds ridiculous to me. There are things at the drug store, over the counter, that can serve the same purpose. It reminds me of the movie "Nutty Professor" where the mother announces she's going to get her colon cleansed.

The composite idea is great

would Texas be involved here??? Isn't that where Gabriel was last seen?

I really hope they are working to get some charges on TPS also...

they need to get both of them under arrest and get some answers..however I would think the "lie detector" is voluntary and they probably won't agree to this

this biomom should never have kept custody of this precious baby, this whole thing should have been stopped at any given point

so many of these sad sorry miserable cases could have been prevented with some intervention right at the start JMO

Yes, I know there are other cases where the jail convos were taped and made public - like the case of the guy who probably killed his wife having a conversation with his SIL and daughter. But, if an attorney is having contact, it might be confidential/privileged or can be arranged that way?

I heard that they are sending her back to AZ tomorrow. I believe a rep from the Miami PD said that they questioned her "exhaustively". Didn't she lawyer up ?

I'm still stuck on the fake court papers/detective thing. If a detective saw that they had these fake papers made up, why wasn't anything done about that? I can't imagine anything involving fake papers and adoption is legal.
