Why is the dog running free when they have this wall fence arround? Was it let out on purpose? This might already be answered somewhere but it is 115 am and I am tired.

I think I need to retire from WS, I did not even see the *Select* option which takes you to the case detail on the charges, DUH and thanks!
Thanks. Not sure where you found that case number, but it doesn't show up on the list under the link I posted up thread.
If it was dismissed, then I won't even consider it!
If the kids are in and out, playing in the neighborhood the dogs probably follow them around. Kids are notorious for not closing gates securely. If the latch doesn't catch all of the way the dogs could push it open. My dog used to follow the kiddos out and socialize with their friends dog while they played. The doggies were best buds!
Screeeech!!! Mom's dockets has the charges below from 2002, dismissed 2003. I am finding many dockets on both, dui for both. Similar charges around this time but it's too late to check tonight. I did not find some of these dockets on my search 4/21/12. They are clearly there now. DUI toxic or vapor, liguid in vehicle/consume/possess, child/vulnerable adult abuse charges. Dismissed.
Dad has a current charge from 4/19/12 supposedly for their dogs. Two different courts, two different names. Please id which parent you are finding charges on. ty! I know I'm sitting here going wha?

I'm just trying to figure out the parents relationship.
Okay Ransom, I read the dockets, it is about dogs. Sorry. I have read all the dockets now even Mom's.
Does it seem "odd" to you that the dog(s) citation was the NIGHT before Isa disappeared? Trying not to be a paranoid nut case.
I know you live around where Isa went poof. Does animal control pick up the dogs? IF you know. TIA.
HERE, where I live, the dogs go to dog "prison" until you how proof (license/shot records, etc) and pay a big fine to get your dog back and then you may also have a court date and more $$$$ before you get your dog(s) back.
It seems like a coincidence to me honestly...JMO

The dogs (at least two, and maybe three shown on two case numbers) were at large on Friday, the 13th the week before. The 19th date is when the charges were filed.
In Pima County
"The owner of a dog or canine-wild animal hybrid that is found at large upon the streets, sidewalks, alleys, or public property is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. "
"Penalty. A violation of any provision of this section is punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars, four months in jail, two years' probation, or any combination thereof. No judge may grant probation in lieu of, or otherwise suspend, the imposition of the minimum fine prescribed herein. "
Also " The Pima Animal Care Center may apprehend and impound, or cause to be impounded, any dog, required to be licensed, which is found without a license tag for the current year. "
IF the dogs had to be taken to the pound, then there were boarding fees, vaccination fees, and licensing fees. I linked the site above (Pima County) listing all the fees. It looks like it adds up fast.
It does seem to be a big deal there in Tuscon.
It happened a full week before Isa was reported missing.
If the dogs were impounded, it is difficult to tell, but in my opinion that would be a big upset to a "happy" "salt of the earth" family.
IDK, maybe I am a PNC, instead. Coincidence? omen? The dogs go missing one week before the child goes missing?
