I do not see that charge. Under which case number is that charge? TIA
M-1041-CR-2122872 I see that the charge was dismissed.

Why is the dog running free when they have this wall fence arround? Was it let out on purpose? This might already be answered somewhere but it is 115 am and I am tired.

If the kids are in and out, playing in the neighborhood the dogs probably follow them around. Kids are notorious for not closing gates securely. If the latch doesn't catch all of the way the dogs could push it open. My dog used to follow the kiddos out and socialize with their friends dog while they played. The doggies were best buds!

Off to bed, night all.

Hopefully good news in the morning!

Thanks. Not sure where you found that case number, but it doesn't show up on the list under the link I posted up thread.

If it was dismissed, then I won't even consider it!

I think I need to retire from WS, I did not even see the *Select* option which takes you to the case detail on the charges, DUH and thanks!

I'm with you. I just completely ignored the word "CITATION". It was a big as my face, on the page. Maybe I should just retire for the night! ;)

IMO, if someone in a household was charged with several local charge misdemeanors, even though it probably means no jail time pending- I feel I can safely bet that there would be some serious stress and perhaps some energetic discussions in the household. Court can mean fines, time off work=less money, name in public under scrutiny, and well obviously the charges of the dog=decisions being made of what to do to prevent it happening again. Who let the dog out?

Going to go and :countsheep:

Nice to know what you/your dogs do, but .....

This "charge" was the NIGHT before Isa went poof. Did animal control capture the dog(s) and thus ... no dog to bark/ruckus the next night when Isa went poof??????

I have no clue what animal control in Tucson does/doesn't do.

Screeeech!!! Mom's dockets has the charges below from 2002, dismissed 2003. I am finding many dockets on both, dui for both. Similar charges around this time but it's too late to check tonight. I did not find some of these dockets on my search 4/21/12. They are clearly there now. DUI toxic or vapor, liguid in vehicle/consume/possess, child/vulnerable adult abuse charges. Dismissed.

Dad has a current charge from 4/19/12 supposedly for their dogs. Two different courts, two different names. Please id which parent you are finding charges on. ty! I know I'm sitting here going wha?

I'm just trying to figure out the parents relationship.

It isn't "supposedly" about DOGS .. IT IS

Look up the mom too, if you wish. WAAAAAAAAY before ISA was even born and was DISMISSED.

AND does anyone seriously think Tucson LE doesn't KNOW all this? I like sleuthing too, but I have never, ever thought I was smarter than LE or could uncover more than they could. LE KNOWS all about RC and SC. LE KNOWS ... they have the court records, they've heard the parents explanations..... etc.

Okay Ransom, I read the dockets, it is about dogs. Sorry. I have read all the dockets now even Mom's.

Does it seem "odd" to you that the dog(s) citation was the NIGHT before Isa disappeared? Trying not to be a paranoid nut case.

I know you live around where Isa went poof. Does animal control pick up the dogs? IF you know. TIA.

HERE, where I live, the dogs go to dog "prison" until you how proof (license/shot records, etc) and pay a big fine to get your dog back and then you may also have a court date and more $$$$ before you get your dog(s) back.

It seems like a coincidence to me honestly...JMO

Prayers that Isabelle is found safe tomorrow.
Also, that LE may be rapidly guided in the proper direction.

G'night all.

The dogs (at least two, and maybe three shown on two case numbers) were at large on Friday, the 13th the week before. The 19th date is when the charges were filed.

In Pima County

"The owner of a dog or canine-wild animal hybrid that is found at large upon the streets, sidewalks, alleys, or public property is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. "

"Penalty. A violation of any provision of this section is punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars, four months in jail, two years' probation, or any combination thereof. No judge may grant probation in lieu of, or otherwise suspend, the imposition of the minimum fine prescribed herein. "

Also " The Pima Animal Care Center may apprehend and impound, or cause to be impounded, any dog, required to be licensed, which is found without a license tag for the current year. "

IF the dogs had to be taken to the pound, then there were boarding fees, vaccination fees, and licensing fees. I linked the site above (Pima County) listing all the fees. It looks like it adds up fast.

It does seem to be a big deal there in Tuscon.

It happened a full week before Isa was reported missing.

If the dogs were impounded, it is difficult to tell, but in my opinion that would be a big upset to a "happy" "salt of the earth" family.

IDK, maybe I am a PNC, instead. Coincidence? omen? The dogs go missing one week before the child goes missing?

Presser (12:00am)

http://www.kvoa.com/livestream/

It was only about 2 minutes long...didn't catch it all (had volume turned down really low)...

ALL PARAPHRASED: nothing new...they're winding up door-to-door canvassing until the morning...sorry, didn't catch what was said about the home search...mostly just telling people to call 911 if needed, etc...said they would continue 2-hour updates if there is something substantial...rite at first when screen was black, you could hear reporters/photographers talking about getting a B-roll (filming term, LOL)...

I "saw" the 4/13/12 (1, 2, 3) but why wait until the 19th for the citation? Oh well......

Probably means nothing and like I said LE knows :moo:. It should be a big deal that animals are running loose. I rescue dogs and I hate that they are abandoned or not cared for. I do understand that sometimes gates are left open or are pushed ajar by wet noses/paws.

I don't know about "happy" or "salt of the earth" but looking at the mom's facebook the children do look well cared for and loved. FWIW.
