Memorial Day is observed towards the end of May in the US...?

memorial for Bella is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Sept 11 --

same day as arraignment for RF scheduled -- conflict in calendar again -- will he ask for yet another continuance???

((requested a continuance which was granted day that Bella went missing))

Here's the strange thing, that burglary happened Aug 21st, as of two days ago all but Folster was in jail. Bella was taken Sept 2nd. I checked again today, and even though he's been indicted still no arrest. I'm assuming this is why LE went with guns drawn for the search warrant of the house concerning Bella, they knew he had guns.

Do you think at first they thought she was kidnapped due to people thinking he snitched on the ones in jail? LE has proof JJR did this, but I do wonder what the mother's thought process was at the time, and why they never mentioned JJR at first. Maybe JJR was connected to a burglary/drug ring with them, and there's a whole lot more going on we haven't heard yet. Just throwing that out there.

I've wondered myself if Folster's criminal activity was in some way connected to this but only because Rector wasn't among those arrested in that case, I kind of just set it aside. For now.

And thank you for your post. Could not have said it better. My son was a homicide and missing persons detective for years. He recently changed direction and went to work as an school resource officer. He said he wanted to try to work at the problems on the opposite end for awhile and try to change some of the outcomes. Bless our public workers for all they do.

And bless your SON who now works with the school. School resource officers are a genuine life-saver for so many kids.

It would help if I read the actual words in the sentence....

So her mother who was never a mother is a liar and her own daughter doesn't know what the heck she's saying?

Exactly, because everyone's out to get her. It's the classic response by certainly personality types when people don't agree with them.

Not sure about the corroboration by TG's mother on NG. I believe there are transcripts available though.

Please reference the post(s) or article(s) that includes the claim, "it wasn't him, it was the drugs" .. I missed that.

I still contend that TG's "choices and actions" did NOT "lead to her child's murder." TG's inviting JJR to staying with the family until he got on his feet was not so different than the Wrights inviting GG to dinner. Yes, GG has no record of pedophilia but neither does JJR (as far as we know).

Clearly, JJR had it in him to abduct, molest (assumed) and murder a child. That makes him a pedophile, which is an entirely different diagnosis than "he is addicted to drugs" (which we may confidently assume he is, as revealed by his stint in rehab <assumed drug rehab>).

If the murdering of this child was a method for him to ultimately obtaining a drug fix then I might agree with that assessment. As it stands, it appears he may have molested the child (body found with no underwear / shorts) and murdered the child.

And JJR's other issues are not directly indicative of him being a pedophile although they should have given TG pause to allowing him near her children. TG's "choice" of allowing JJR near her children no more caused JJR to murder her child than the word "day" did because it includes the letter "y".

If TG somehow knew JJR to be a pedophile, then I would totally and completely agree with the assessment.
I was speaking generally about the way people excuse behaviour of drug addicts and alcoholics by saying "he/she was/is an amazing person, it was the drugs that made him do it" ... you must have missed my point.
You just have to browse on WS a bit and you will find a number of quotes like that. On a thread where three well off young people with $250/day drug habits were killed, someone posted (paraphrasing) "there are a lot of good upstanding people who keep it together even though they are addicted to opiates"...

This article references a 14 yr. old half sister. She was also shown in video coverage in another article. Is she the daughter of Tania? Did she also live with her? Don't know if it's ok to ask....

Since it's been mentioned in msm articles it's okay to ask and answer, I would assume. The half sister is Bella & Bella's older 10 yr old sister on their bio-dad's side. Tania only has 2 children herself. One in Heaven now and the other with her (the sister's) paternal grandma Sue Winchester.

BBM Yep all the way up to the day that they don't.

I am doubting when the group actually returned from Wal-Mart / where ever to the house to finally realize Isabella was truly *missing*. It almost seems they did not return immediately and that RF was not made fully aware of the situation when he made the 911 call .. that he was not aware that JJR had returned to the house after they left for Wal-Mart? I'm betting TG did not believe or at did not understand the older sibling that JJR had returned to the house after they left (assuming JJR did in fact leave the house when the group left for Wal-Mart as has been claimed).

Again ... more unknowns.

The Walmart CCTV video and phone logs will clear up two of those unknowns. The 911 call came in at 1:18 so that puts them at Walmart between 11:08 pm. and 11:38 pm. So yes, it's possible they didn't believe Bella's sister and took their time returning but I'm not convinced that RF was oblivious to the situation when he called 911.

It's an interesting thought though and if that's what happened I could muster up some sympathy for TG and RF. If Tania came out and said something like: "OMG! I didn't believe (the sister). I thought JR was long gone. If only we had run right home and called the police..."

But here's what she actually said:

Isabella's 10-year-old sister called their mother, saying she couldn't find her sister after going to the bathroom. Grogan said she and Folster rushed home.

"Panic, major panic. ‘Where's my daughter?' I was screaming, shouting for her," Grogan said.

http://www.fox5vegas.com/story/26463107/mother-on-childs-accused-killer-i-trusted-him

And TG also asaid this:

However, Grogan and her husband Ralph Folster returned home when their 10-year-old daughter called saying Isabella was missing.

"We came back because (my older daughter) called and said she couldn't find (Isabella). (She said) that Justin and (Isabella) were gone," said Grogan.

Grogan says she left Isabella and her older sister upstairs with Folster's mother. She claims she did not even know Rector, a family friend, was in the home. Court records, however, state Grogan's two children were downstairs with Rector and three other friends. Grogan says she called police after searching for Isabella for more than 40 minutes.

"I was looking everywhere for her - screaming her name. I couldn't find her," she said.

I'm actually a little surprised another arrest and/or more charges haven't been filed yet in this case.

  • #813
That's true, but I'm not talking about LE, I'm talking about the initial thoughts of her mother and stepfather/bf, and the 911 call. From what I can understand they were already searching for her, maybe thought they could take care of this themselves, but then realizing they couldn't find JJR on their own, so they made the call.

http://www.mohavedailynews.com/news...cle_2b908420-3660-11e4-a821-0019bb2963f4.html

What phone did the 10 year old use to call her mother? There were zero cell phones available in the house for Rector to use/take? Is the text app from cellphone to cellphone the ONLY way two people can message each other? (rhetorical question.) There 'wasn't a text message'. Was there another kind of message? Because you didn't deny any communication between yourself and JR. Just denied a text message was found by FBI on your phone.

Has the FBI had anything to say about this statement?

(my daughter made a statement and you took it out of proportion) What was the 10 year old's original statement? How exactly was it taken out of proportion?

http://www.mohavedailynews.com/news...cle_94681350-34d0-11e4-b9e5-0019bb2963f4.html

In the first paragraph there is a statement made that the 10 yr. old sister contacted the grandmother reportedly sleeping upstairs then contacted her mother after she could not find Bella or Rector. However, on the 911 call, the boyfriend stated that his mother is asleep and that T is upstairs really distraught. How in heck can his mother still be asleep upstairs? Could she be "passed out" from the party?

JMO here but I'm thinking that a very fast cleanup of the house was done to remove any incriminating evidence of drug use prior to making the 911 call. Referring back to the Haleigh Cummings case where you can hear the slamming of kitchen cabinet doors during the 911 call made by the father's girlfriend, Yes, this case reminds me a lot of the Haleigh Cummings' case, a hell of a lot.

By the time TG and RF arrived home, RF's mother was not asleep. I question if she was told to say she WAS, especially if Bella's sister told her the same thing we now know she told LE, that when she came out of the bathroom both Bella and JR were gone. That whole "don't say anything about JR being here, we'll just make it sound like we had no idea" thing?

Eventually, the truth is going to come out. I'm sure of that.

I completely agree and would add, that she is also doing the press rounds to point out she is a good mother. She seems obsessed with strangers opinions on her character which only lends credence to the possibility she suffers with narcissistic personality disorder, at the very least.

The very fact that her child's killer could get off because she is handing him reasonable doubt only fuels that perception.

OTOH, she's also setting herself up for charges of making a false police report and obstruction of justice and maybe even perjury if she testifies at trial.

LE has CCTV video from Walmart, phone records, a clear and unique shoe print, JR's discarded clothing and probably DNA, including the worst kind. Hard evidence will trump Tania's CYA lies.

Do we have a link for this?

Or perhaps she took sleep medication, or worked all week/weekend and was exhausted. Maybe she's simply a very sound sleeper.

Let's lay off of the step-grandmother. She gave a brief statement on camera and appeared genuinely remorseful, blaming herself for being asleep.

I haven't seen anything that says she was asked to babysit, or that she even was awake when TG and RF left the house. On the contrary. She's bears no responsibility, IMO.

REED: As far as clothing goes, that information has not yet been released. Justin James Rector has been arrested for kidnapping and first-degree

murder.

GRACE: And I take this is a friend of the mother`s?

REED: As far as I know, they were acquainted.

GRACE: To [name redacted] joining me, grandmother of little Bella.

[redacted], thank you for being with us. When you first heard from Bella`s mother, didn`t she say, I can`t find Bella or Justin?

[NAME REDACTED], GRANDMOTHER OF MURDERED GIRL: They took her, they took her. I won`t do anything bad anymore. They got Bella. And then the next minute their stories all change. Everybody had different stories.

TG's rebuttal:

The 10 yo lived with the Pages, before going back to the mother. I'm assuming that would be the person she called for help, she's only 10, was scared, and TP someone she trusted to help. http://www.mohavedailynews.com/news...cle_80d651ca-34d1-11e4-bf55-0019bb2963f4.html

"I had custody of Bella for a little while, and then she went back to her mom. Within a couple of months this happened. I have a lot of anger. I just want to grab hold of somebody, but I can't," said Toni Page. http://www.jrn.com/ktnv/news/Bullhe...e-after-little-girl-found-dead-274064891.html
