In court documents, Vallow Daybell accused state prosecutors of illegally obtaining text messages between her and her appeals attorney in Idaho. In addition, Vallow Daybell is accusing staff members at the Maricopa County Jail of illegally opening her mail without her present.

What Vallow Daybell Wrote:

"The State of Idaho upholds State and Federal laws protecting ‘attorney/client privileges’ as well as ‘confidentiality and communications.’ This includes text messages between the Defendant and her Appeals attorney in Idaho and such violation constitutes a breach of duty by both [the Maricopa County Attorney's Office] and [the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office]," Vallow Daybell wrote.

It seems Uncle Rex has been trying to make excuses for Lori from the beginning, likely because it would infuriate family members if he did not. I tried watching his and Adam’s podcasts in the beginning but got tired of them giving Lori credit for being a good mom. They can say that forever but a good mom doesn’t murder her children. IMO.
She might be crazy as a loon but she’s still a murderer.

She has to keep up the narrative with these extreme religious so called believes, Because that in her mind makes it some what less atrocious what she did to those babies, because she's just a disgusting human being who wanted her children out of the way so she could still their money to support her life of debauchery. She could have gave JJ back to Kay and Tylee was going to college. Colby was already out on his own. She needed those kids money because she didn't get CV insurance money. I disagree. I saw some of his first podcasts after she was found guilty. Maybe he has become harsh. Good if he has.
I know everyone said she was a good mother. I say she was a good actress. She used her kids to get what she wanted from men. She acted the part. Until they weren’t useful to her. I stand by what I said.

(Judge already ruled she can wear regular clothes. )

(Sheriff said, regarding the shackles, etc, the defendant cannot go unrestrained, for the safety of everyone in the courtroom. Recommends a rack belt (remote electric shock).
