IIRC:These jurors are dropping like flies!
sunspun I don't think for one minute Lori was worried about Tylee's well-being at all. I do think she wanted her to witness what had happen and be so traumatized that Lori could feed her the narrative she wanted Tylee to tell the police.Do we know why LVD sent Tylee back in to retrieve LVD's purse, knowing what had just happened inside? CV had already (just) been shot at that point, right? Was there an ulterior motive or more just that LVD wasn't too concerned for her daughter's well being and what current dangers and/or future traumas she might face as a result of going back inside? Did LE ever bring this up when questioning her or Tylee?
IMO, LVD is fishing for (1) justification for Alex Cox not doing, or properly doing, CPR as he’d likely have been instructed by 911 dispatcher to do, and (2) ANYTHING that she might be able to latch onto as indicator that records were not properly kept (so are unreliable) or that those records or later testimony about them were compiled by “comparing notes” with others who were or who’d been at the scene for the purpose of solidifying a case against her.Lori is now questioning firefighter Scott Crowden. Lori's questions seem to mean nothing and are not helping her case. In my opinion
I could be wrong but it seems I recall the state being asked about Tylee’s interview in pretrial in response to something LVD was saying but I think the state said they didn’t anticipate using Tylee’ statement. That would not mean defense couldn’t/wouldn’t but I’m pretty sure the state didn’t want to introduce it.LE separated LVD, her brother and TR then interviewed them separately.
Then LVD and daughter TR were given a victim advocate.
Is TR's interview known, was it part of the pre-trial hearings to be entered as evidence ?
IMO
I think you’re right and it truly is evil. Thinking back about the pics of Tylee at Yellowstone the day before she disappeared…in which Tylee looked like she had the weight of the world on her shoulders and given the secrets her mother had her carrying that were a kind of trap for her, she likely did.sunspun I don't think for one minute Lori was worried about Tylee's well-being at all.
